We selected Brooks on the basis of their location in the heart of Bristol and value for money.
Staff were unfailingly professional and friendly, prepared to go the extra yard in service.
The décor is clean and sharp, relatively minimalist but still comfortable.
Bedroom was small which suited a short stay but may prove too petite for a longer stay

A real positive is the free wifi throughout the premises and bedrooms.

My wife was taken suddenly ill during the stay and was admitted to hospital. The sympathy, support and general kindness of the staff at the Guesthouse was quite amazing, making our situation so much easier and we shall always feel grateful for this. Apart from that, the room was very comfortable, the whole place was clean and well kept and the food was excellent. The welcome which we had even before our problems began was second to none and I would certainly stay there again.

The location, and that I reserved a river view room on line and actually received one! The buffet breakfast was excellent. - Very spacious room, extra large double bed which was extremely comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean.

Excellent buffet at breakfast - never seen curried chickpeas and basmati on a breakfast menu before, very very nice indeed. The cook was standing near the buffet and we had an excellent chat about vegetarian foods. The hotel is an excellent hotel overall, and the room was spectacular. The staff were super professional and friendly, and I greatly enjoyed it. The bar and lounge area were a great place to meet colleagues or to just sit and read quietly.

The hotel is located City centre with safe parking on site. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure we were well informed about Bristol to maximise our stay at the Hotel. The evening meal was served in a beautiful restaurant with well trained and attentive staff. Highly recommended. - Excellent food, comfortable room

Very central, mid-way between the station and the city centre, but quiet enough. Well kitted out apartments in a former brewery. Personal attendance on arrival. -

The room was fantastic - we may have been the first to stay in it, it certainly felt like that. High quality finish, very comfortable and luxurious. Especially the blackout (light and sound) curtains - we didn't stir until 11.30 Sunday morning! I recommend a wake up call so that you don't miss breakfast! Breakfast was wonderful (on Saturday!),
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » in fact all food was flavoursome + delicious.***** - The room was a bit cold and the heating didnt seem to come on so we rang reception to ask if it came on automatically they said yes and five mins later the bought us up a heater with out us even asking which was nice. Lovely room, very modern.

This hotel is a real find and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in
Bristol. The location is excellent and the hotel has a real buzz. We
particularly enjoy the bar area which is great for morning coffee,
afternoon tea or a drink before dinner. Food is always a highlight

I had a great stay. The hostel had really good communal areas - more like a chic coffee house than a budget hostel. The rooms weren't quite as nice but perfectly acceptable. The wifi was good but you have to pay for it and it doesn't reach the bedrooms - only available in the communal areas. Location is fantastic.

These brand new apartments are located within walking distance to the city centre and the train stations,they are very well equipped with modern furniture and appliances. I also asked to check in earlier than the usual time and I was punctually met by Daniel who showed me the apartment and made sure that everything was working fine before leaving.

easy check in/out process and helpful staff
car park facility excellent
little touches like having dish washer tablets, washing up liquid, toilet rolls, soap and shampoo, such a small thing but so welcome on arrival, keep it up.
