Very friendly and obliging staff. - A truely excellent hotel (luxury townhouse style) that deserves its five star rating. It is a very central yet quiet hotel with loads of charme and friendly, helpful staff. There might be no sauna but our room was furnished with lots of taste and the marble bathroom might have been small but it was always squeakingly clean. We enjoyed our stay there a lot and can recommend it.

  We were greeted by a really friendly receptionist and upgraded from executive to the suite which was really nice! The room was extremely spacious, so was the bathroom, everything was clean and modern. The kitchen was nicely contained with everything needed to prepare and store basic meals. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be com - good service, they moved us from a by us booked suite room to their luxury suite, because it was available. Rooms have lots of space. Central London by bus takes 15 minutes. Seated above in busses gives the best view of London. SO Park, once again very friendly and happy giving service. When we return we'd be back. Also, SOPark near nice park/gardens. Near fantastic Italian food incl. pizza restaurant where they're singing Italian.

  The room was warm comfortable and very clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. For breakfast there was a selection of cereals, fuit-salad and fruit juice. Perfect location: 20 min walk to Pancras station, 15 min walk to Chinatown-Soho, 20 min walk to Trafalgar square, 25 min walk to Big Ben tower. British Museum, one of the best in the world, is only 5 min away. Personnel very kind: we needed a British electric plug. Instead of buying one, we could use one from the hotel during our 5 day stay. Our personal overal quotation would be 9

  Small and very comfortable family hotel in quiet region of city but close to all interesting places in London. Frendly staff, feeling was like at home. We got all necessary "for people first time in London" information from staff. If we travel next time to London we shall stay there for 100%. - Everything!!
