Beautiful warm room with amazingly comfortable beds. Staff very friendly

My husband and I absolutely fell in love with the Bunchrew House. We
stayed in the Lovat Room complete with a beautiful king-size four-poster
bed a forest view. The House is castle-like and right on a lake--a
perfect honeymoon spot.

My Fiance and I stayed here for one night. It was absolutly beautiful!
The staff were fantastic, the rooms were lovely and we were given a room upgrade on arival.
The on site resturaunt it amazing with fantastic fresh produce and it is lovely eating there whilst looking out onto the loch.

The staff were very friendly and helpfull even though they had a wedding in it did not affect our stay we arrived early and they looked after our luggage while we went for a walk also when we checked out they looked after it untill we went to the airport. and value for money we have stayed at other hotels in the past that have been a lot dearer tha

A very short walk from the train or bus station.
Premier Inn is very clean and appears to be newly built.
We were met with a smile and a friendly attitude.
They are very energy conscious and the first thing you notice when you get to your room you need to use your card/room key to activate the main lights.

The staff who greeted us were really delightful, friendly & knowledgeable. The decor in the restaurant/bar areas is just lovely. Our rooms were perfectly clean & tidy & a positive must go to the cleaners who were lovely when we encountered them also. Breakfasts were fine. Special mention to Stefan in the restaurant bar area.....he was just beautiful the way he dealt with an elderly couple who were sitting next to us. He is a special asset to your hotel.

Highly recommended! Thank you for a lovely stay! We booked for family visiting us and ourselves, altogether party of 7 people, a one night stay at Inverness West -whilst visiting Loch Ness. Our overall initial impression excellent, plenty of car parking & warm welcome from reception. Good sized rooms & bathrooms, crisp white sheets and air con. Nice touch with shower & hand gel refills on wall.

My room had a lovely view of the river, and in general was very spacious and comfortable. The room was extremely comfortable and we were very impressed with the size of the room and the HUGE bed we had! The hotel is in a fantastic location for the town. We would definately stay at this hotel again. - it was near to the center of inverness with a beautiful view of the river ness and castle.the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean

Everything, it was just what I wanted. Please do not tell anyone about this hotel, it is a gem. Those reviews concerning no gym facilities know that when they book .. so why complain ? Much better than the last time we visited the premier in Bathgate last
