  The staff were very friendly and helpfull even though they had a wedding in it did not affect our stay we arrived early and they looked after our luggage while we went for a walk also when we checked out they looked after it untill we went to the airport. and value for money we have stayed at other hotels in the past that have been a lot dearer tha... τι λέει ο κόσμος » n this one and not as good and breakfast was nice - I don't have a single negative thing to say about the Rocpool Reserve. It was a most enjoyable stay, with the staff there adding to it with being so friendly and helpful throughout.

  My room had a lovely view of the river, and in general was very spacious and comfortable. When I arrived at the hotel, I had a business arrangement to attend in another part of the city, and the staff at the hotel were more than willing to assist me with directions.   My husband and i were made to feel very welcome as soon as we arrived, this continued throughout our week long stay, Avalon is a wonderful place to stay, it is quite central so getting out and about is very easy, and the staff have great knowledge of the area enabling you to make the most out of your holiday.
