Seperate access to accommodation and exclusive use of the breakfast dining room,Very comfortable bed and generous courtesy tray.Location was ok but did have concerns being near airport but it is only used for private small aircraft so not a problem.Great Hosts and cooked breakfast.

Everything about this B&B was wonderful! Lisa was the perfect host, we felt very welcome, the room was beautiful, lovely view & breakfast was delicious!.

Tad close to A40 but being Double Glazed lessened any impact and in truth slept like a log!.
