  The owner's welcoming nature and friendliness, along with the fantastic location and horse neighbours. It is a beautiful house and very well thought out in terms of accommodation sizes. I was particularly happy to have been "upgraded" to the biggest room in the house! - We liked how Des the owner made us feel totally at home.
