I'm on gluten free diet - had no problems whatsoever. The chef even amended the Valentine's Day menu in the Grill Room. All the staff were exceptionally helpful. The rooftop hyropool was wonderful. - The upgrade to our room was very comfortable and appreciated. The staff were all very helpfull and friendly.

It is a suite hotel less than a ten minute walk from the main Railway Station and ten seconds off the Royal Mile. 1) Staff (Professional, Polite, Helpful and Courteous ... of course not
to forget - very friendly too)
2) Location - There cant be a better hotel than this....superb ! Perfect location - closer to the station. However, you will surely need to take a cab from the Metro to the Hotel (if carrying heavy luggage) 2nd option would be to climb around 108 steps towards the hotel (from the metro station). Taxi would not cost more than 4 Pounds from the train station.

Fantastic apartment in a great location, close to the main bars and shops etc. Someone came and met us at the apartment to show us around, how to use the heating, oven etc. The apartment had 3 bedrooms upstairs with 8 single beds then down a spiral staircase to the huge living space, kitchen and patio doors to an outside decking area. We arrived with our son who is wheelchair bound , and the owner couldn't have been more helpful. She even sent his breakfast up to him on a tray!!! FANTASTIC....The building couldnt have been more central!! All in all, a fantastic budget place to stay in Edinburgh. The owner should be very proud , they do a fantastic job, we loved our stay here.

Morag (the owner) was VERY nice and courteous. She greeted us warmly and seemed genuinely interested in what we were doing each day and how we were enjoying Scotland. Also, her breakfast was great and always waiting. Meats, cheeses, huge croissants, choice of cereals and juices.

Eveything, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was superb and the rooms were beautiful, once we had figured out where the twon centre was it was an easy walk an we throughly enjoyed our stay and will deffiantely return. - Staff were excellent. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfasts.

travelled weekend of the 23rd March, 2013. Weather verrry cold. The apartment was very cosy and warm spotlessly clean, ideal location very close to shops, restaurants, parking no problem. Approx 10 mins drive to Edinburgh City. Bus stop outside door.Leith offers several top quality restaurants. Royal Brittanica Yacht, and Ocean Terminal Shopping Centre. Plenty to see and do, would return.
