Very comfortable, lots of nice touches in room like toiletries, face cloth, biscuits and fridge with cans of pop in it at 50p. Slept well with black out curtains and comfortable bed. Lovely cooked breakfast with plenty of choice. Good free parking also. -

Great quirky place to stay. Terrific staff serving good beers and good food. Very handy for Gatwick (1st visit) or a handy stop over from the channel before driving north (2nd visit). Fabulous breakfast (although a bit slow) they made my wife a real fresh fruit yoghurt and I had a hearty calorie busting cooked breakfast with local produce. Coul

Quiet, clean & comfortable room. Peaceful surroundings in a lovely position overlooking lake. The staff were professional, polite and helpful.Breakfasts were very good....good menu choices and beautifully presented.
Enjoyed peaceful and leisurely breakfasts. Evening meal was very good too. Restaurant was very popular.
