the staff were exceptional, as one of our party of eight has coeliac disease, but not a problem to them, even down to breakfast on sun morning, she was well catered for, thoughtful and freindly personel - Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The room was clean tidy and comfortable. Facilites were great

On check in I thought it was a nice gesture to be upgraded free of charge into the new room which was really spacious and modern. I thought all the staff were really helpful and friendly and they really made the stay here enjoyable. We had breakfast which was the best breakfast I have had in a hotel. Fantastic - will return!! - The room was a really nice room - they said we were moved to a better room as the h otel was quiet - and the room we had was amazing. Never been upgraded before. The staff were all very helpful and friendly i would definatly go back to this hotel.

The staff were the most friendly and helpful staff in any hotel we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in hotels all over the world. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The food in the restaurant was good, reasonable and the staff went out of their way to provide customers with whatever they wanted if possible.

Room was excellent. Clean and homely with lots of character. Towles and linen crisp and spotless. TV/DVD combi with freeview. The owners are very friendly and accomodating. Great value for money. Good 'locals' pub. Village location. Overall, a really comfortable 4 night stay. Going back next week !!!

It was a lovely place, we requested a ground floor room,(as I use a stick) we were given room 12, the family room, it was a lovely size room, and just off the bar, but nice and quiet.

The rooms were very clean and user friendly. They had obviously recently been refurbished as were the bathrooms. The shower was huge - very luxurious. Loved the friendly atmosphere of the pub area downstairs which also included a heated terrace area out the front. Breakfast was good. Free parking on site. Only 10 minute walk into town. Hotel very clean and rooms were really nicely appointed. Electirc shower was a bonus and the sauna/steam room added to the experience. Staff were friendly and overall really enjoyed our stay. - Good value for money lovely staff, nice and clean, comfy beds, so handyfor bus to chester and excellent breakfast thanks v much

We booked the breakfast (first time for us we usually eat out) because we had a business meeting on the Monday morning.
I would THOROUGHLY recommend this and will more than likely take advantage of these in the future.
Whether you like the "full monty" or just a nice light breakfast - absolutely lovely.

The hotel is central to the city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful, I liked the small but comfortable lobby area, where my daughter and I met a friend for a drink; the bedroom and ensuite bathroom were smart and very comfortable and clean. Breakfast the next morning was well organised and very good. The whole package made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I have since told family and friends that if they ever think of visiting Chester, they must stay in the Premier Inn.

From the moment we walked into the hotel the staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The room was very clean and tidy plus spacious which was a bonus. The city centre wasn't that far and was a mere twenty minutes walk ( 2 miles ) Overall our stay in Chester was a fab one and would stay here again. -

convenient to near wedding venue I was attending, clean efficient and friendly.
Left my wedding gift in foyer as left to go to wedding a lady called Sue noticed it and then was taken care of till arrived back at around midnight by night staff, was very grateful as money in present. -

It met our needs exactly: a small, quiet, comfortable B&B with a
friendly hostess - happy to supply information if asked but not forcing
her company on us. Spacious bedroom, excellent breakfast. We'd
certainly go back if in the area and would recommend it to anyone.
BTW, I'm amused that the quoted review says "it's a short and pleasant walk in

Lovely, clean B&B with friendly service and good value for money. Stayed one night in a twin room with my son as he had an exam early in the morning and the hostess couldn't have been more helpful while still being unobtrusive. The room was spacious and comfortable and very clean! Facilities include Sky, free Wi-FI and parking. Tasty breakfast with plenty on offer. It is a 15 minute walk into the town centre.
