Staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly.
Rooms are well appointed with everything you need. TV with loads of channels, tea/coffee, iron, hair-dryer, alarm clock and phone.
Bathrooms usually have bath with shower over but I have had a room with just the shower which is fine for me. Towels are really big and fluffy which earns brownie points from me.
Bar area is comfy and bar staff lovely. Had lunch here which was very tasty altho a bit pricey for a sandwich
I only used restaurant for breakfast

I liked how they sorted out the over booking problem my girlfriend had
persuaded them about a few things but it was sorted with ease didn't
have to pay a penny to stay at the hotel which was excellant. The view

During my booking I added a note to say that I intended to propose during my stay.
When we arrived at the hotel the staff advised that they'd upgraded us to a business class suite on the top floor. The room and the view was fantastic. Champagne was sent up and it set the scene perfectly to pop the question.

Unsure about booking after reading some reviews, but chose the hotel because of the location to the CIA. Worries were unfounded. Room was comfortable and pleasing to the eye. Our 3rd floor room was clean, well equipped with towels and toilet

The staff were excellant, helpful and friendly. They gave us interconnecting rooms for us and our 2 grandchildren age 13 and 11 which was ideal. the room was pleasant and clean, it was in an ideal position for the shopping centre and the Mermaid Quay and the Dr Who experience all within easy walking distance. The breakfast was ok the continental part much better than the hot food.Good choice of drinks and proper orange etc. Good value for what we paid.

Free upgrade to a suite because we were kept waiting for 20 minutes at reception was very generous. sphThis hotel was ideally located. Withing walking distance of Millenium stadium (purpose of our visit). was a pleasure to walk into such a comfortable,bright and pleasant bed room. Super hotel with friendly and accommodating staff who went out of their way to help you and make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The hotel is right in the centre of the town and this makes it perfect for short city trips as you can wander in for shopping, sightseeing and food then go back easily and relax!

Great location, good price, friendly staff, great leisure facilities,lovely modern room with some character. Didn't eat here so cannotcomment about food but menu and bar looked good. - Staff were welcoming, helpful and the food was fantastic and above all the bed was really comfortable. I cannot fault this hotel. I stayed with my partner and our dog and the staff made us all feel exceptionally welcome. Stayed for one night. From booking in to leaving each one of the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved our stay here. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. The breakfast choices were excellent, with some healthy options. We were allocated a massive double room, (which was also designed to accommodate any disabled guests with wheelchairs) The bathroom was also very spacious indeed - and was a wet room style, with a very efficient shower. The hotel is very conveniently located for the major shopping precincts.
