  Everything, for the price it was one of the best hotels ive stayed in, staff were lovely and extreamely helpful. Rooms were clean and the bed was so comfy. Wet room was fine didnt have any problems with drainage etc, which I understand some people have had in the past. - The staff were very helpful and welcoming.   Very friendly staff, and the bathroom facilities were excellent - very clean and convenient, since the toilet and the shower were together. The 4-room female dorm I stayed in had ample space. This was very different and miles better than the backpackers place I stayed at in London. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and tidy. The breakfast is the most enjoyable continental breakfast I have ever seen in hostels, and there are free dinner nights. There is a living room where you can watch films and play video games. The locaton is excellent, just ten minutes walk to the castle.

  Anita was extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we entered to the hotel. Thanks. The bed was big enough, all housekeeping staff were respecting our privacy.   Very cheap, excellent value, very friendly staff, easy access. Very well positioned for Cardiff visit for rugby international (and Wales thrashed England as well! Thanks for arranging that!).
