  The hotel was warm. The staff were friendly and helpful.The food was excellent, well presented and piping hot. Afternoon scones were delicious. Our room was well appointed and comfortable. It was a great three star hotel. - It felt like a family run hotel, even though it is part of a chain. The staff were very helpful and friendly.   We stayed over the Easter long weekend and had a wonderful time. The room was warm and cosy and the bed was extremely comfortable. Tracy was very welcoming and extended us wonderful hospitality, she also prepared a fantastic breakfast every morning - her homemade bread is great!
