The location was perfect, the staff were more than helpful, the buffet breakfast provided was all you could want and was of a good standard. Lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had an inland double and the room was clean and bright, and warm on such a cold weekend. Very comfortable bed. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was great (although it is over a bath). The free parking was a bonus, and it's not far to walk to the hotel. - The food was outstanding, the

Everything! The staff made us feel at home, nothing was too much trouble and I can say that no other hotel I have ever stayed at, even at a higher star rating has had a better standard in everything. - Staff were very friendly and room was very large and comfortable and with a sea view as an added bonus

Staff were generally friendly. The room was very 'homely' even though it was obviously a very old building. Was cosy at night. The area wasn't too noisy even though it was on the beach. Very pleased with my stay, already planning to stay here again when me and my friend next visit Brighton.

The staff were friendly from the minute we stepped in to the minute we left They are also very helpful giving us directions and infomation on the area. The hotel made you feel at home, had a very enjoyable stay. Even thou we were only there for two nights we felt that we had had a very relaxing time and felt very refreshed. - The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were of a very good size. We loved the feeling of grandeur and would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

My room was really nice...I had a sea veiw and a balcony.
