We especially liked being greeted by the concierge. Booking in and out was quick and easy. Room was spacious and clean with plenty tea and coffee in the room. The full English breakfast was well cooked and piping hot. Of course you could choose want you want.The evening meals in Rowley's are really recommended. The bar is well stocked, and with very friendly staff. . All members of the staff all genuinely appeared to be happy in their roles. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and relaxing. It's the second time I've stayed there and I'm sure there'll be many more times as well. This time I spent a little longer in the hotel and used the bar, great to be able to look out over the football pitch.

The quality of the staff in both their attitude, friendliness, general wishing that you enjoy your`e stay was excellant. I have already recommended the hotel to a number of others and it will be a location that I will choose first on my next return to Blackpool. Every member of staff were a credit to themselves and to the hotel. From the concierge and check in team upon arrival through to the restaurant and bar team plus the cleaners ..ALL were genuinely sevice focused and a team to envy for all of us who operate in a public facing business.Please pass on our thanks for a memorable stay. We stayed here for our Honeymoon Weekend, the staff were extremely helpful & friendly always ready to sort out anything you required, amazing views from our room looking over the pitch behind the goal, same views from the restaurant every morning for breakfast. The bar / restaurant are 1st class serving amazing food. Excellent professional and friendly staff, and plenty of them around to help. Hotel Nice and clean. Liked the bar area and light bites before going out (mini Yorshires were fantastic!) we also loved the upgrade to an exec room for a reasonable additional fee. Fantastic pitch side view from the room. Really comfy bed!!. From our arrival to the time we left all staff were friendly, curtious and proffessional. Our dining room experience was A1 from entering and leaving. Excellent food and choice made to order with great views of the football pitch. The bedroom was very welcoming, clean, with comfortable beds. My room was extremely comfortable and the staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was lovely, and overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Initially myself and my bf thought it was pricey, however it was well worth the money, once the spa is complete I would gladly give this hotel 10/10. The cleanliness of the hotel the staff the decor of the hotel the gym which we had a tour if by a lovely young man and had a nice chat with, the comfortable bed the bar and dining area it was faultless truly was will be recommending to my family and friends!. The staff and facilities were fantastic. My daughter and I stayed here twice whilst my husband was in BVH. Can't praise the young gentlemen enough who came to our rescue at 4.30am after a long drive from Barrow in Furness and a long night at BVH. Friendly and helpful staff from including concierge, front desk, restaurant etc. Rooms were spottless and very modern. Very modern and comfortable hotel generally. Bar and restaurant very pleasent and relaxing, food excellent. Our stay there was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were great, the location was good & the bar & restaurant were of great quality. Well done to all the staff there for making our anniversary weekend more enjoyable. Everything ! When in Blackpool, will come again. The friendly staff especially Dominic and his coleagues in the Rowleys Restaurant. On arrival we were greeted at the door and escorted to the reception area and through to our room, made us feel very special. The reception staff were excellent,could not fault them, the staff on the front door at night were very friendly and polite. The rooms are excellent, in fact the whole place is fabulous. We would go again. the staff from arriving in reception through our weekend stay were excellent including bar staff and restaurant will definitely stay again. breakfast was very good as well really enjoyed our stay thankyou. All the staff , from entering the hotel with the doorman right to the rooms being cleaned the staff were great. The staff at breakfast were fantastic at the way we were look after. A Credit to the Hotel. Unbelievable customer service. Staff could seriously not do enough for us. The hotel is modern, light and has a warm atmosphere. Breakfast was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is first class the bedrooms are absolutely beautiful the beds are the best i have slept on really comfy, the decor in the hotel is first class breakfast fantastic can't wait to go back. the staff were always on hand to serve me anything i needed, the hotel was spotless and very comfortable.to have your breakfast with a lovely view of the football ground was amazing thankyou. The room was lovely, we had a view over the football ground and the kids thought this was great. A power shower love it. The décor was lovely and the room was very clean. Staff very helpful. Everything about this hotel is great the staff the food and the location well done to you all. lovely rooms and great staff, very friendly with an easy 10 mins stroll to the seafront. staff excellent. rooms big in every way, t.v.-bed-wardrobes-en suite. breakfast superb. Every thing fine. Nil negatives. nothing to complain about. Whilst the breakfast was quite good, we went at 9.30 am on the Saturday morning, the tables hadn't been fully reset, we were missing items, tea and coffee were very slow to arrive (we had almost finished eating) and there was not enough of some of the food items left. Plates needed to be hot so that the food didn't cool so quickly. Compared t the high standard of everything else, we thought it let things down a bit. Nothing we didn't like. Nothing. Nothing !. just a personal comment that the pillows were far too soft!. I had to ask if my bed got made because at 6:30pm on the Saturday the room had not been cleaned. The staff in the Rowleys restaurant were inattentive. The tables were not set properly, We were put at a table that had sugar all over it we had to ask to be moved. I ordered a pouched egg they brought me a fried one I feel the staff were very inexperienced for the restaurant.I could go on and on, I was not impressed. We had to ask for nearly everything. Could not find any faults with the Hotel. I loved everything. no adverse comments what so ever. there isnt anything i didnt like. The pull out bed for the kids, they had to share. I did know this would be in the room, but I thought they could accommodate a family a bit better. The couple rowing in the next room until early hours but not hotels fault!. More than 2tea bags & milk needed in the room. Breakfasts were a little chaotic. Only one toaster and a massive queue forming to use the toaster making it impossible for people to get to the cereals. I didn't understand why they didn't have 2 toasters sited somewhere else. It was also very difficult to get a 2nd cup of tea or coffee as the staff were so busy running around. Reception was on the first floor and not when you walk through the door. The bar was empty (it was the August bank holiday weekend), we had planned to have a meal in the restaurant but again, this was empty and had no atmosphere. The barman forgot to pour our drinks yet we were the only people in the bar!. Service in restauraunt became slow as it got busier, staff problem that night but as staff who were there were running after everyone the best they could couldn't really complain as not their fault. Not really a dislike but would have expected more of a spa area rather than just a gym, sauna would of been nice. The bar downstairs wasn't open which was a shame. A little over priced, don't think we could afford to stop more than 1 night. Taking in to consideration there was a travel lodge over the road & 2 premiers inns in the areas round about. nothing. Perhaps just need more shelf space in the bathroom. can'T think of one negative. Leaving. the drunken women waking the whole landing at 4am.. better on site security needed. Could do with a fridge and safe in the room apart from that couldn't fault it. Parking somewhat limited. Spa, but no swimming pool. That fillet steak had been taken off the menu, I had seen it on the website. Wobbley tables in the Rowley restauarant both for our evening meal & breakfast. No bottled water in the room, I would expect this with the room rate we paid. It was expensive - for the price paid I expect more. Although the room was perfectly acceptable and clean I feel it was was very small (for the price). The smaller (spot) Reading lamps on BOTH sides of the bed did not work. Nothing. Reception was isolated from the entrance, in a separate room up one level, most odd! Programme guide on TV didn't work. Minor niggles though. the only down side is guest are not allowed in the seasiders bar on match days the hotel desk told us it would be ok but we were turned away As this is a football ground and many away surportes would stay in the hotel when their team plays this needs to be something we are told before we book but there was a good club over the road at Club one that made us feel very welcome. nothing.
