Great location, 5 minutes walk from Southgate shops, restaurants and Underground station. We ate a lovely dinner at Kye's restaurant which is in the opposite direction to the shops, 5 minutes walk away. The Oaks is is in a quiet location with friendly hosts, and it was a clean and well presented room.

Loved the little touches in the room, free drinks topped up, bottles of water etc. tea coffee facilities. What a fantastic building hidden away amongst all the chaos. Staff were great especially the manager he was really friendly and helpful. My only negative which is a positive is that the advertising does not do the Pillar hotel justice.... Would highly reccomend to all my family and friends, fantastic.

A very comfortable hotel. Very nice, helpful staff. Easy walk to the tube station as well as High Street where you can get all the essentials. About a 25 minute ride into the center of the city and the Northern Line intersects with most of the other lines so it's very easy to get anywhere you want to go. Hi the only bad thing about the stay was when we were booking it on letsbookhotel.com it said we could either pay 170 pounds or we could pay 200euro on arrivel as we went to check in we were told we couldnt pay in euros we had to walk about a half hour to change currency we had reservation for jamie olivers restaurant and we were goin to mama mia

friendly and welcoming especially porsha the lady in the breakfast area

to your company , so helpful so friendly . a little spot by the young
girl that was in Monday morning (22nd) in the breakfast area , while
Porsha was her usual friendly self the younger lady wasnt :( Didnt spoil
anything though it was still lovely and we will be back for certain

The property was immaculate, very clean, very modern and conveniently located for the tube and Wembley in particular. Free on site parking also a bonus. -
The guesthouse is updated and clean. The bed is comfortable and the house is quiet. Also, it is relatively close to a tube stop.
