there's no negative enivorment in the hotel, as they are helpful if any concerns araises and canteen is spot on for our needs. as some people may had bad times there.well my point is if get off a bad start, it should be sorted. so we will using them again in future so staff keep up the standards. - We arrived late evening but got transport to the h

I really enjoyed my stat at Cramond Mill. Elaine is a wonderful hostess who goes out of her way for her guests and I could have asked for a better place to stay. Edinburgh is easily accessible via the bus that stops at the top if the street and it is also so very handy for the airport which is only a 20 minute drive away. Nestled next to a picturesque stream where the locals go fly fishing, I couldn't recommend it more highly.

Breakfast included smoked salmon and many other options. Quiet location in a very pretty setting, really excellent staff who were very helpful. Beds were incredibly comfortable and we got a lot of sleep. Lovely pool and spa area. -

We were celedrating our 5th wedding anniversary so had a superior 4 poster bed room which was superb. Everything we wanted and more. We had fresh towels every day even though we didn;t ask for them. The bed was King Size and very comfy. Lovely complimentary bath, hair and body lotions. Good supply of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and shortbread.

Hotel itself is clean and well looked after, the furnishings look well kept and loving the Molton Brown goodies in the bathroom! Really good value for money

Breakfast was good value - just over £8 for unlimited buffet (inc. cooked breakfast) and unlimited Costa coffee.
My bedroom was spacious and the bed was really comfortable.
Location good - 5-7 mins walk to Princes Street and 10-15 mins walk to Royal Mile/castle.
Haymarket train station 2 mins walk away - for trains to Glasgow (and to Waverley if

Fabulous hotel. Staff were great, everybody was friendly and polite and went out of their way. Location is super, 2 minutes walk from haymarket station and 15 walk into Edinburgh city centre. Buses stopped outside the hotel to go to Princes street if you didn't fancy the walk. Food was good, we had breakfast and was lovely with lots to choose from. Didn't eat there otherwise but saw the food and it looked very nice. Rooms and beds clean and comfy. Great hotel.

The corridors were quite dark but when my room door was open it was

The hotel was convenient to both old town and new town areas. Staff was lovely and super helpful. We ate at both restaurants downstairs and really enjoyed them. The room was not huge, but it was very nice, clean, and had a large bathroom with a large walk in shower. The airport shuttle is right across the street and there are always taxis waiting outside.

The staff were extremely helpful and we enjoyed being in the surroundings of the old part of the hotel. It had character as well as having modern facilties. The location was not only ideally central it was also very picturesque being surrounded by the georgian buildings around the square. We look forward to our next stay. - Everything, service,

Right from the minute the lift opened at reception area, we were very warmly welcomed by two lovely girls who were genuinely pleased to see us.

Stayed in the Premier inn on Princess street from the 2th to 23rd of Nov 2013. The Hotel is just a 5-7min walk from the waverly railway station and is directly opposite the famous Edinburgh Castle. Although we dint spend much time in the hotel and dint get a chance to dine in, but the Hotel was very nice, Clean and had all amenities one could ask for. A value for money hotel for people travelling to Scotland and are in a mood to Explore rather than stay in!

Love ricks. Stayed many times before with the girls and hubby. Fab Cocktails and breakfast. The only minor grumble this time was the lack of lighting in our bedroom. The hotel is located above the Rick's bar and restaurant. However, the noises won't reach the rooms. The room is a bit compact but cosy enough. There are a wide range of drinks that could be chosen in the minibar of the room. And breakfast could also be ordered from the restaurant below. The location is good which is not far from the castle.
