The traqnquility of the surroundings, dedicated commitment of the staff(not in your face but available to carry out every request made) and theluxury of the restaurant. - The club was lovely, we used the pool as much as we could. The grounds were great and enjoyed a long walk. The perfect place to relax and enjoy my partners Birthday.

Accommodation, service and cuisine was exceptional value for money Staff were friendly and helpful in Reception. The room (which was an upgrade) was lovely, wonderfully comfortable and beautifully appointed, all in all a wonderful hotel in which to relax and unwind. The Spa Centre has everything you would wish for

The booking got messed up, booked a superious suite, got given a twin,changed to a exec double at a reduced rate, promised free wine thatdidn't arrive and got a massive discount because of all the problems butStaff were very good at resolving these problems with no fuss so stillmade it a very enjoyable stay - whilst being a large hotel it retained

Fantastic environment for a family trip to marwell zoo! We loved theattention to detail in the hotel and rooms even down to the animal printmugs and penguin biscuits! We will definately be back and were eventalking about making a trip later in the year! - The staff were very friendly and helpfull, the food was great and theroom service

Fantastic building overlooking the port of Southampton. Everything you would expect from a top hotel. Great value dinner inclusive rate. - The service was very good, and freindly. The facilities were available if wanted. The location was great for our purposes.

At the Meon the staf really shone, Holly who was our waitress in the evening was excellent, we felt very special, Tania was equally fantastic who looked after us at breakfast. The reception staff were also helpful and found us dressing gowns without question, well done great service all round. Food was excellent as was the service everywhere. This

All of the staff were very friendly & welcoming. The food in Zest
was very good as was the breakfast. The leisure facilities were very
good and well maintained, just a shame the Sauna was out of order. We
had a very pleasurable stay and would come back again.

the hotel was very efficient at check in and out. the room was lovely and clean. it seemed newly refurbished and very comfortable. we had an evening meal in the restaurant. the service was a little slow but the food was excellent.we have been 2 years in a row for our anniversary and cant fault it as so near to the shops and bars. - The room was cle
