Pristine new hotel with excellent, friendly staff and very nice rooms. Also good restaurant at reasonable prices. Might I suggest a signpost from the parkway if possible? Excellent location - near to The Motorpoint Centre & Meadowhall Shopping Centre. On arrival the hotel's computer system was down but staff remained professional, helpful and very welcoming. Comfortable, well presented, good food, pleasant and helpful staff, very convenient location. Were able to drop our bags off early which was very useful. - Very comfortable rooms, well decorated. Excellent location of hotel for arena, shopping centre etc.

Excellent value for money. (An added bonus was its location alongside the grammar school I attended 1943-48 which I hadn't seen since then!) - We were attending a local wedding and all the staff were very helpful providing directions and information regarding the venue.

My stay was only brief --- overnight whilst visiting Sheffield --- but as I'd stayed in the hotel previously I knew what to expect (and wasn't disappointed). The friendly and attentive staff, especially Alan on night reception duty and the very courteous young lady the following morning. The very comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. the dining room staff were so friendly and helpful...nothing too much trouble...Diane and Natasha were lovely people and treated us almost as if we were friends! the breakfast choices were superb and we felt well looked after.. despite there being 500 rooms we hardly saw anyone in the dining room, although we went down at 7am each day.. Hotel easy

Excellent service by the hotel staff. They were all very friendly and attentive. The hotel is the city centre so an excellent location. The room was nicely decorated with a flat screen tv and free wireless internet. - The room was excellent value for money, very spacious and the bed was very comfortable
