  I was half expecting a noisy room over a bar, but I was very wrong! The accommodation is housed in a discreet and newly built wing. The room was enormous and beautifully designed and fitted to a very high standard. The room I had looks much better than the one they use on their site, so reality far exceeded expectations. Parking was easy and the I... τι λέει ο κόσμος » nn is within quick reach of the city centre and station, or a suitable base for exploring Cornwall. - We were going on holiday to St Ives and decided to travel on the Friday night with an overnight stop nearby, instead of Saturday morning to beat the traffic jams. Arrived here to friendly reception at about 11.30pm with drinks brought to room. Rooms were smart, breakfast enjoyable, dining area had outside terrace with views and location was absolutely perfect for our travel plans. Would recommend to anyone doing what we did.
