Ολη γενικα η ατμοσφαιρα !!! - 17th July 2011 visited this Hotel for a birthday meal and what a brilliant choice we made. The staff were brilliant; they were attentive yet made you feel relaxed. Thankyou Clarendom for making my birthday a day to remember. - This hotel was close to 02 arena where we were attending concert and was very accessible by bus/taxi. Staff were very friendly and helpful checking in and out. Room was clean, warm, and well decorated with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and there was plenty of choice and it was well presented. Excellent value for money and I will definitely stay there again.

The apple appartment was a great place to stay. Me and partner went there for a short stay away! The self checking was effcient ( so efficient i actually thought there was no one in!!) Brilliant value for money and really close to Westfield shopping centre. We stayed in the apartment for six which was on the first floor so did not experience any noise. Would recommend Cart & Horse pub round corner from apartment for great pop/indie live bands on sat and sun nights. Would defo book again.

The breakfast was good and filling. The staff was really nice and triedtheir hardest to make sure you were comfortable. The bed was extremelycomfortable. The hotel is located right down the road from the Ilfordtrain station (National Rail), so not too difficult to get to. Someroads do not have street name signs, but Argyle Road does, so do notwalk

A great location, only 3 mins wall to Tower Hill tube and 6 mins to
tower of London and London Bridafe and the southbank. We upgraded to
executive room for £40 per night which was good value as it then gave us

We were greeted immediately upon on our arrival from a very helpful, efficient member of the reception team. As we had arrived early our room wasn’t quite ready, but the receptionist immediately got onto the housekeeping to make it a priority. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It was open plan with two double beds but had 2 ensuite showers which was a definite bonus. Most of the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay which we very much appreciated. The location was great, very easy to get to either from Lond

Helpful staff, quiet on courtyard view, clean, cooking for ourselves saved money so made the price reasonable compared to hotel and cost of eating out. Staff arranged adjacent room for our family so we all met for family gathering. We will return. Near enough for river & Eye, Aquarium, Tower Bridge. Local area is interesting renovated old warehouses.

It was one of the best Best Western Hotels that we have stayed in, lovely building and very clean and in good decor and the staff were very friendly, room was very comfortable and breakfast was plentiful, would definitely book this hotel again - The staff were very accommodating, they arranged for an early book in and when I requested room service

it was so close to the tube station and within walking distance to alot of sights, i also liked that there was cooking facilities in the room - Convienient, great kitchen facilities, very cleaver use of space (fold up bed!)
