I arrived at the hotel and promptly met by a member of staff offering to take my bags, check-in was really quick and easy, also taking the time out to explain how use the door card in the lift etc, reception arranged for a taxi when I asked to my destination and also arranged for the taxi to be waiting for me when I had finished later on in the eve
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ning, check out was good, overall the experience... - The staff were very friendly, there was a problem with the hotels computer system when we arrived, the hotel manager apoligised for this and took us through to the bar and gave my wife and myself a free drink while we waited for the problem to be fixed, this only took approx 10 mins, he then booked us in and gave us a free update to a suite for the inconvienance.

Upon arrival, it was clear to see the hotel was clean and fairly luxurious (Especially for a 'Holiday Inn'!). The staff were friendly and helpful, with the room cleaned regularly, with free water and chocolate each day (at least I think they were free!). I would happily recommend the hotel to all types of travellers. Couples/group of friends etc.

Large rooms, excellent beds, coffee and tea facilities in room and good
bathroom. Quality of breakfast and room service also excellent, and on
top of it all, slam opposite Europe's largest shopping centre, with
almost every central London shop available. Ideal location for both
shopping as well as a quick underground trip (20 minutes by central
line) to the centre of London and its attractions. ALso very convenient
to get to City Airport and Southend Airport.

the hotel was first class and the staff were extremly helpful and friendly the free courtasy bus was a real bonus as was the ferry service from the hotel to canary wharf. this is a highly recomended hotel. - Can not fault this hotel. εύκολη προσβαση, καθαριότητα, άνεση and μοντέρνα διακόσμηση, τα δωμάτια έχουν ότι μπορεί να χρειαστείς, 24 ώρες υπηρεσία δωματίου, γρήγορο check out. - Η άνεση και καθαριότητα που είχε.

Άψογη η θέα προς το London Eye από το δωμάτιο, οι μοντέρνα διαρυθμισμένοι χώροι, το executive lounge με απεριόριστο καφέ/τσάι ως τις 17.30 και ποτά ως τις 20.00! Εύκολη και άμεση προσβαση σε όλα τα μέσα μεταφοράς (Underground-Waterloo-andκόκκινα λεωφορεία με 24ωρη λειτουργία), μάλιστα όσο περιμέναμε τα λεωφορεία από την πλησιέστερη στάση (2' απο το

Staff were friendly on arrival and during our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice a good variety. Nice pool/spa. Good location 10 min walk to Kings Cross tube. NCP car park 5 min walk. -
Reasonable sized room; good quality furniture.
Very good swimming pool, jacuzzi etc. with good changing facilities & showers.

Once entering the hotel, we felt welcome greeted by friendly,smiling
faces, from the staffs. As well as, from the guests.
Our room was great; trendy, clean and comfortable.
I also had a Spa treatment, at the hotel. Once entering the Spa, the staff at reception were warm and welcoming. Beautician was friendly and shared great knowledge on the pro

The whole experience at the Rowhill Grange was very good and relaxing. The hotel has spectacular gardens and the facilities were superb especially the spa and pool.
