  I was looking for a hotel near to the O2, and the Ramada is excellent for that. Great if you arrive at London city airport. I was made very welcome from the moment I arrived at the hotel. The room was very comfortable and I was surprised how quiet it was, especially when the hotel is next to an airport, motorway and railway ! - When we arrive... τι λέει ο κόσμος » d we had got upgraded to a suite which was very tasteful and comfortable. The food the staff in fact everything about the hotel was excellent and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

  The staff was nearly perfect and helpful, they solved our problems immediately. Although there were 2 kids beside us i feel myself very safe. It was quiet hotel and confortable. The place was very close to metro station and shop market, so it is east to city tour. There was cattle in the room that we liked so much and Wi - fantastic stay, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Once you arrive at the hotel you don't need a car, its next to the DLR, which some would say is a disadvantage but there was no sound, in fact we had 2 very peaceful nights. The Brewers fayre was very busy, but the staff were very polite and friendly, the food was great, very efficient, we will be back

  Although a short visit we were made to feel very welcome, staff very nice and helpfull, all areas of the service provided were excellent will definately use a premier inn again! 10/10 from me, thanks. - The overall experience was friendly and I felt very well looked after by the staff. The food in the restaurant was also of a high standard.

  It was really busy on the night that we booked in at around 11.30pm. The gentleman who booked us in had just finished his shift.   I arrived at the hotel and promptly met by a member of staff offering to take my bags, check-in was really quick and easy, also taking the time out to explain how use the door card in the lift etc, reception arranged for a taxi when I asked to my destination and also arranged for the taxi to be waiting for me when I had finished later on in the eve... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ning, check out was good, overall the experience... - The staff were very friendly, there was a problem with the hotels computer system when we arrived, the hotel manager apoligised for this and took us through to the bar and gave my wife and myself a free drink while we waited for the problem to be fixed, this only took approx 10 mins, he then booked us in and gave us a free update to a suite for the inconvienance.

  Very convenient location for Canary Wharf and 02 arena. Walk from the hotel and catch the DLR to Canary Wharf from East India (few mins walk, literally - and not main roads to cross), or take a 2 minute walk across a set of Traffic Lights to Blackwall DLR. Both stations take you to Canary Wharf, but please not you have to get off at Popular to g... τι λέει ο κόσμος » o to Canary Wharf. And on depart to Canary Wharf to either of above, stop at Popular. Trains are so quick, less waiting and right until midnight. An - It is only 5 mins walk under a tunnel from Blackwall station, you can see hotel from DLR. Tea/Coffee and good size rooms, power shower!! Comfy beds, handy to have a hairdryer.I would stay again but ask for a do not disturb sign for door! Staff at check in desk friendly and check in/out quick and easy never had food so cant comment nice budget hotel close to shops (15 mins walk) Beware of taxis share if you can we did twice there and back after concert at 02, pre-book because you get a set fare

  The welcome by one of the members of staff of Zen Apartments the service received from her was second to none! The cab driver didn't have a clue where to go so she found the taxi and walked me to the apartment herself. The view was excellent. The apartment was oh so spacious just how like hotels rooms / apartments whenever I travel. It was fantast... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ic value for money. There was a tesco / cafe within a few minute walking distance and the dlr station just a few mins away too. I will definitely be b - The location was perfect and the service was excellent. 'Indi' was very proffessional on check in and nothing was too much trouble for her. The apartment itself was everything it said on the site and more, very modern, spacious and clean, ideal location from what we needed. Safe car parking and very safe surroundings. I would happily recommend friends and family, in fact we are planning to return when we go to London for Xmas shopping..Great value too...

Would def. recommend this hotel, we will be back. - We chose the hotel because it was well situated for our needs. We have stayed in a number of hotels in Greenwich as we have family there. This was easily the best hotel we have stayed in in that area. Staff were very helpful and pleasant, our rooms were clean, comfortable and well furnished and the breakfast menu was good.
