I arrived at 1.30 in the morning and was a little anxious trying to find the entrance but when I entered the hotel my anxiety diminished and I fell into the lovely bed encased in soft linens; such a restful atmosphere. We had a problem with the television in the room and even though we had
to relocate to another room, I should like to express our sincere
gratitude to katie who was exceptional pleasant & consumately
professional, also being attentive throughout. We shall undoubtedly be
making a return visit. The location and parking facility being perfect
for our requirements.

Everything. However, letsbookhotel.com made a mistake! You did not have my surname correct, i.e. van Breemen, therefore at first the receptionist said I was not booked in which caused me some stress momentarily. I was travelling with my two grandchildren and you had told premier inn that it was a couple, so they had to get another suitable room

Nice staff.
The room and WC was spotless clean.
Despite being very close to the airport the rooms are properly insulated against noise which added to a very comfortable bed gave us what they promise: a great night's sleep!
The hotel is ideally located and very close to the airport, however bear in mind you should leave the airport complex and most important, if you are using your sat nav, the post code is wrong and it will take you to a parking inside the airport complex.

I was pleasantly surprised that they had a 24-hour bar, which was a bonus for a late-night drink when we came back. This Express by Holiday Inn had improved the breakfast offering compared with other hotels in the chain. It was very pleasant. We were pleased that they had a direct link to taxis. This is so good a B&B that you'll find yourself thinking of any excuse to return! We booked because we couldn't find any vacancies closer to City centre-well thank goodness!!
Ian & Karen have really thought this one out-in all respects. Their friendly(but not patronising or fussing) attitude helped us relax & feel at ease as soon as we arrived.

Beautiful Art Deco refurbishment, attention to detail was outstanding.Excellent breakfast and all staff were very friendly, polite andhelpful. I am not usually a fan of Holiday Inn's, but this one is exceptional. The staff are friendly, the rooms clean and modern, the WiFi isnt expensive, the food is good, and the breakfast is very tasty,.The location is first class. The only fault i can find is that bed is a bit to firm for me, but thats because i have a very soft bed at home. This hote

The location is very good, near the boat museum which is well worth a visit and also the boat trip excursion. The staff were very helpful and the hotel had a nice relaxing feeling about it. The three course evening meal deal was good value for money. There is also the use of a gym and sauna.

Coudn't really fault it for £45, had a large double room with an
adjoining room containing two singles and a cot. Beds were comfy,
pillows were really comfy (something I'm picky about).. Had a shower
and a bath, both fine. Room was clean, Free Wifi (took a bit to get
working but got there).. Free Parking. All in all great value for money

The young receptionist was excellent, friendly, efficient and couldn't do enough for us. We stayed 19th Dec and arrived about 6pm if that helps to identify her.

Excellent value for money and great facilities. A little bit out of the city centre, but who needs to go there with the swimming pool, gym etc. etc. - Courteous and helpful staff. Quality of food. Excellent car parking.

The warm welcome by Harriet who was very friendly and helpful. The room
I shared with my daughter was warm, spacious and had lovely comfortable
clean beds. My daughter was over from Northern Ireland for an interview
at Hope University and found the bar area very peaceful and relaxing in
order for her to prepare for the night before the interview.

Good location, just off M62 & beside train station so easy access into Lime Street. Staff were excellent-very friendly & offered water/ice. Very comfortable & clean rooms, free parking! Highly recommend-great value for money!

On arrival we were greeted with a very friendly member of staff who explained all the facilities of the hotel and made us feel welcome. Only stayed one night to visit friends after having spent the weekend at a wedding in North Wales. Would certainly stay again if we were in the area.
