The hotel was near the airport. It was warm and comfortable. The option to have an early cooked breakfast was quite good. Bus from airport terminal was free. - This is an excellent hotel. I have stayed here several times and would always recommend it for its comfort and cleanliness

This is a grand hotel and the staff were exceptional. It was excellent. I loved the newly renovated room. Everything worked sowell. I loved the bath tub and shower facilities, and the wonderful bedwith the duvet cover. The staff was very helpful, both at the desk and the maintenance man we needed in reference to the bathtub that would not drain. You placed us in another room. Friendly welcoming reception. Couldn't find our booking because it was listed under our first names (joined together) instead of our last name. The close proximity to the airport is great! There is an airport shuttle (for a fee) that takes you right to the door. Arrange a room with breakfast included, it's worth it. Service is well above average to say the least! The gym was well equipped for a bit of a work out before trying to get some sleep prior to the early flight the next day. You are a captive audience here, as there is nothing else around, but the hotel has plenty to offer for a short stop before continuing on your journey. Hig

Staycity was very good the bed was excellent very comfortable, the room was clean, it is right next to the train station and tesco supermarket is only downstairs so it was easy to cook for ourselves in the appartment. it took abit to figure out where to go once we arrived, but once we sorted that out it was a great stay.another plus is they have l

This apartment is very near to Heathrow Airport and just a train station by Heathrow connect for a train fare of £5.60/adult to Hayes &Harrington station. Taxi fare from this apartment to Heathrow Airport is cheap for a booking of big taxi is only £16 for a family of 4 persons. It's not worth to take a taxi from airport to this apartment as airport tax + other costs will be added.
Tesco supermarket is just a few steps from the apartment.

A lovely hotel in beautiful grounds. We stayed one night in a garden room which was quiet and comfortable.
We opted for a bar meal in the evening which we enjoyed out on the terrace.
Breakfast was presented well and the staff were pleasant and efficient.
We will stay there again.
