were super friendly and accommodating, they really couldn't do
enough for you.. Always pleasant and helpful.. The hotel has all the
facilities that I needed, an atm, concierge, room service, shuttle bus..

The kindness of the hotel staff at reception was nice, I was allowed to download and print my boarding passes for next day without having the need to order the horribly priced internet. The buffet dinner was also nice with professional care in the restaurant.

All very good, ideal for an over night airport stay, allthough I would have been quite happy staying longer. I have stayed in other airport hotels in the area and this was much better than my last hotel!! - I only stayed to sleep after a 24 hour journey and found it clean and tidy with no fuss ,which was what i wanted.

This the second time I have stayed at this hotel and once again found the staff very friendly. Room was basically comfortable and very clean. This hotel was absolutely lovely. We opened the door to our room and were really impressed. Lovely decor, very spacious, iron, ironing board, lots of sachets - not stingy - hair dryer, bathroom was luxury - kidney shaped bath, power shower, bidet hand basin and toilet - very spacious and with complimentary toiletries. Excellent value for money. For what you pay you get a good basic room with Freeview TV and tea and coffee making facilities. I stayed in the budget room with shared bathroom, but never had to wait to use the bathroom at all. The bed was adequately comfortable.
The breakfast is excellent, really good Full English.
There are no evening meals served in the hotel itself but there are plenty of local restaurants and takeaways.
Staff are polite and very helpful.
I've since been back twice.

It is a charming little bed and breakfast with a courteous and friendly staff. The owner, Patricia, was very helpful. She made sure that breakfast was ready early so we could make it back to Heathrow on time. Superb value compared to West End Hotels. Large, clean, quiet suite, excellent restaurant, friendly and very helpful staff. I tried hard to identify a BandB type accommodation, rather than a big impersonal hotel, close to Heathrow. Very satisfying on both counts. Lovely furnishings and garden, easy transport access. There was even no flight noise. It was classic European style BandB, with a small room; perfect for my situation. Fabulous host. Will definitely stay

We got lost trying to find the hotel, we called Dean and he helped us find our way. Once there, he carried our bags to our room for us and immediately offered us beverages. He was there right at 7am the next morning with breakfast, which we needed him to be as we had an early flight. First class service. Thank you.

The room was spacious and the bathroom had a towel warmer and the TV was large with many viewing options. The staff were all polite. The price was so reasonable I could not believe the accomadations for the price I paid. - Very comfortable room and very tasty food in the bar. Hoppa bus to terminal 5 convenience and ease of use

A big plus for me personally was no radiators,instead large air conditioner that meant you chose your temperature not the hotel.
Another big plus very quiet room very well double glazed slept till 9 even though on busy road.
