  The warmth and hospitality from the moment we stepped in, the warmth, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff upon arrival and throughout - and it was genuine in the personalities, it came through a natural friendliness. The place was warm and had a cosy feel throughout, every need for a comfortable stay was met - helpful extras - slippers, soap... τι λέει ο κόσμος » s, beautiful design features easy on the eye gave a professional impression of hospitality and value - the breakfast menu was complex to meet a great - Fantastic breakfast, great location and very warm and welcoming hosts. Some lovely touches also .. 2 bottles of water on our bedside tables when we arrived and also a cupboard in the hallway with essential items for guests to use if they were out. Would highly recommend the Cartref Guesthouse. We will stay again next time we are Caernarfon. We had a lovely overnight stay and will be back.
