In the center of the town.We selected an double executive room which was large and very comfortable.Nice breakfast on a terrace.The staff helped us with a full day tour to Sumela moanstery etce. The best location in the center, very helpful staff and quite comfortable rooms. You can find all the necessary information at the Tourist center opposite to the hotel. * location is the best of best. there is no any other hotel has better location than TS Park in Trabzon * staffs were so helpful and friendly.

Room was clean and had air-con. موقع الفندق رائع جداً. location clean save. Location in the city center of trabzon. -close to the main shopping stores. -close to the airport. nothing. A bit noisy surronding. Receptionists don't speak English well so you find it difficult to ask something or get information from them. * comparing with traditional turkish breakfast, it was not that great although it was still good,. Free, private parking was advertised but there was a "problem" with putting our motorcycles in the car park. We had to put them on the very busy sidewalk in front of the hotel but were assured of 24 hr security. When we came out to the bikes one had the alarm triggered and the other had been fiddled with. No housekeeping during our 4 nights stay. We had to go hunting for towels, toilet roll etc. and after checking out we got a taxi to the airport- which crashed and almost killed us! While giving my police report the hotel rang to tell me they hadn't charged my card enough and I had to return to settle up. We felt obliged to do so because of the aggressive nature of the people!. موظفين الإستقبال ليسوا احترافي ين، بل كأنهم يؤدون عمل غير مرتاحين لتأديته، لا يوجد إفطار واستلمها الغفرة وبها رائحة دخان السجائر. لا يوجد مصعد. breakfast laundry expensive. The room was overpriced I think for the location and standard of the hotel. The worst hotel ever. Far away parking. No air condition which killed me. Crowded. Poor breakfast. Too expensive. -Bad Service -Unfriendly staff -No Lift -No private parking lots. -bad ACs. -very basic breakfast. -cold drinks are not cold and there is no ice. -WC are not clean -minibar is empty -very noisy day and night. bad service. bad breakfast. all of the stafe in hotel not speake english. bad toalite.
