I loved the the fact that the staff were so friendly. They would also go
the extra mile to see to our needs. The breakfast was really nice with a
great selection. The location is especially nice in a vibrant town of
istanbul. It is a stones' throw away from the centre that remains

Helpful and kibd staff. I liked Avcilar. The district is alive until the midnight and you can enjoy a 1.6 km walk to the marina. If you are staying for a while in Istanbul, Avcilar is a good place to spend some quiet time away from the tourists area's noise.

Really good offer for the money it costs. Location just 3 minutes from Taksim square. 40 minutes walking distance from Galata bridge by Istikal street.
Room were nice, not that big but cozy. Good wifi in room ( we even saw movies on-line)
Breakfast weary good plenty of staff both hot dishes and Yogurts/ jams/ cheeses. Great pastry like very where in Stambul)))).

The People, who works there, are very friendly and the Rooms were clean. We had two bedrooms, Klimaautomatik, Kitchen and more. Taxis were in Front of the Residence. The history: Agatha Christie wrote her [Murder on the Orient Express] at
this hotel. There is a small exhibition area on the fourth floor about

A classic hotel, which I've used twice before, in 1995 & 2005, before its recent refurbishment. It's now three times the price, but the grandeur is no longer faded, it's now a true 5-star place. And I'm delighted to say that the refurb hasn't spoilt its character at all, as this is a hotel with more character and history than most! Staff were great, we got a room upgrade, and an extra hour extended checkout wasn't a problem. If we return to Istanbul, it'll be the Pera Palas for us!

Absolutely brilliant location and great owner/s (Binnur, who others have already mentioned. I 'ditto' all the comments about her help and great communication).
The apartment has every facility you need and is very comfy. I'd definitely stay again (and I did on this visit when I returned to Istanbul... lucky there was a room left!) -

The SPA facility is one of a kind. Spacious and covering a wide range of functions in a very unique way. It is fantastic and I never seen anything like it around the world. The location by Spanca Lake is an added value for a very relaxing view with a very neat landscape arrangement.

Breakfast is great with much varieties.
