Small, but a nice and clean room. We enjoyed the wonderful and warm pool and the great view from the restaurant. Friendly staff. Just 10min from Grand Bazaar. A lot of restaurants in the area, we liked "Lavazza". -

This hotel was amazing!!! We arrived late in the evening, about 11 pm, and they called for the chef and opened the restaurant just for us, and got two waiters to serve us! The Grand Washington hotel was located in an ideal location for exploring the city - walkable to the Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, and other cultural sites. The staff was very accommodating - when we had problems with our first room, they rushed to switch us to a larger and more comfortable room. The location is great which is a walking distance from a lot of historical locations and also from the famous Istanbul Bazaar. It's very quite, relaxing and clean. The room and bathroom spaces are very well managed and organized. The bids are very comfortable which was very important after a very long day walking. -

First the location of the hotel is great (city center, major attractions close to hotel). Second the hotel staff is really friendly and helpfull. The breakfast is fine as well. - The staff was very helpfully.The room was small, and since we don't like them, we were mooved to a suite without extra cost.Thanks.

I liked the courtesy of hotel staff esp the hotel manager, ambience of
hotel, breakfast buffet offered by hotel every morning. During our check-
out the reception staff was very helpful and even kept our stuff in the
luggage room as our flight was in the evening. The location of the hotel
was next to a street connecting Aksaray station but in a quiet place
next to a garden with play area for kids. I will definetly recommend
others to stay at this hotel.

The staff at Bulvar Palas are not just good -- they are exceptional. Everyone spoke fluent English, were accommodating beyond belief (we arrived at 6 a.m. hoping just to check our bags while we went sightseeing and they offered to rush making up a room for us so we could get in there at 10 a.m. without being asked). Everything! The hotel is great! Due to my business life I am staying in
hotels more than a week per month but never saw soo much friendly staff
and ckean hotel! It is 4 stars only in the papers, because in reality it
is a 5 star hotel!!! Even when we had a problem with a taxi,
resemptionist came and fight with him with a sucessful end! Location is
also great, 10 min by taxi from taksim and 4 tram station from hagia
sofia and blue tzami.

All was clean and it was quiet, and the place was perfectly all right for a brief stay. The location is central, and not far from everything by the tram. This was one of the most inexpensive options available. The staff was friendly and helpful. -

Adil the manager was so welcoming and helpful, with great advice and personal asistance. very kind and amicable. all staff very helpful and available 24 hours.
