the memory foam matress and pillows - the huge whirlpool bath the swimming pool was amazing and the chandelier in the entrance!! -

The history: Agatha Christie wrote her [Murder on the Orient Express] at
this hotel. There is a small exhibition area on the fourth floor about
this and other historic moments. The elevator from 1895 can still run
(though not always in use). They sell postcards and other souvenirs
about the hotel at the front desk. Really a piece of history! The

A classic hotel, which I've used twice before, in 1995 & 2005, before its recent refurbishment. It's now three times the price, but the grandeur is no longer faded, it's now a true 5-star place. And I'm delighted to say that the refurb hasn't spoilt its character at all, as this is a hotel with more character and history than most! Staff were great, we got a room upgrade, and an extra hour extended checkout wasn't a problem. If we return to Istanbul, it'll be the Pera Palas for us!

Everything. Hotel is amazing and brand new. Definitely it is firm 5 star hotel. I don't know what to name first design, comfort, location or quality of service everything is excellent. Staff is very kind and helpful. It was my first time in Istanbul and they completely helped me to orginize my time there. Highly recommend. -

Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό, το πρωινό, η θέση του ξενοδοχείου - The staff was really wonderfull.They were polite and helpfull..ı want to stay Divan Hotel again.. - Friendly and very helpful staff. Centrally postioned.

We had a lovely stay at the Hyatt. The hotel itself was beautiful and the service impeccable. The rooms were very nice with everything you would need in a room. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The concierge staff were amazing, any request was done without hesitation. Would definitely go back there .

η θεση του ξενοδοχειου και οι υπηρεσιεσ του - Η εκπληκτική θέα στον Βόσπορο τόσο απο το δωμάτιο, όσο και απο το executive lounge.Η καθαριότητα του δωματίου οπως και η εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού. Αξιοσημείωτη ειναι επίσης και η ασφάλεια που αισθάνεσαι απο τα μέτρα που λαμβάνονται απο την security του ξενοδοχείου τόσο στo front gate όσο και στο lobby

I'm very grateful for Mme Elif, she was very proffesional in handling a passport-related situation. The concierge, both Mr Alp and Mr Jim were extremly helpful in providing plans and maps regarding the best in istanbul. Also thankful for Miss Bashak in reception for the upgrades. - location, service, design etc . . .
