Small, but a nice and clean room. We enjoyed the wonderful and warm pool and the great view from the restaurant. Friendly staff. Just 10min from Grand Bazaar. A lot of restaurants in the area, we liked "Lavazza". -

The location is great which is a walking distance from a lot of historical locations and also from the famous Istanbul Bazaar. It's very quite, relaxing and clean. The room and bathroom spaces are very well managed and organized. The bids are very comfortable which was very important after a very long day walking. -

This hotel was amazing!!! We arrived late in the evening, about 11 pm, and they called for the chef and opened the restaurant just for us, and got two waiters to serve us! The Grand Washington hotel was located in an ideal location for exploring the city - walkable to the Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, and other cultural sites. The staff was very accommodating - when we had problems with our first room, they rushed to switch us to a larger and more comfortable room. It's the 2nd time we stayed just only for one night and the staff always welcomed us very friendly, the rooms are big and bathroom too and are quiet. The staff were wonderful and so friendly and keen to give information about how to find places in Istanbul, couldn't be better. I liked the courtesy of hotel staff esp the hotel manager, ambience of
hotel, breakfast buffet offered by hotel every morning. During our check-
out the reception staff was very helpful and even kept our stuff in the
luggage room as our flight was in the evening. The location of the hotel
was next to a street connecting Aksaray station but in a quiet place
next to a garden with play area for kids. I will definetly recommend
others to stay at this hotel.
