The hotel owner Serif Ali was very helpful and nice to us during our 7
day-stay. I’ve never found a hotel receptionist/owner as nice as
this one. You can ask Serif Ali about everything and he will guide in
the right way and send you to the best locations for almost everything.

Perfectly located in the European part of the city, 10 minutes walk from Taksim square (direct link to the airports and funikular that gets to the tram station) and 1 minute walk to the vibrant istiklal caddesi and nevizade street, where you can find good and cheap restaurants.
Cheap and clean, you get what you see from pictures.
The owner, Ali, is helpful, very friendly and always open to give us suggestions or to answer our questions. When we arrived, he gave us a map, basic information about

Very close to Taksim Square and shopping at Iskatel Street. The
owner and staff was very helpful in whatever information you asked
for. I would definetly come back and recommend More Residence to
family and friends. -
i liked the owner and the staff, Suleyman came to meet us at the taxi and helped us with the bags on the street and on the stairs.

It was the second time in this residence, and because of this they gave us a studio instead of the room. It was a very nice surprise.

My room was clean and comfortable. I checked into my room very late at night. I was pleased that there was someone on duty when I arrived. When I checked out I was asked if I wanted to leave my bag while I visited Taksim Square. If you arrive by plane at Sahiba Gökçen Airport take the Havataş bus to Taksim and it's a short walk to the hotel. -

great location. can be reached easily from airport by taking the havatas to taxim. Just 5 min walk from taxim square. Value for money. Spacious and comfortable. Safe and secure. Friendly and helpful staff. Free wifi. i loved it. I would recommend the hotel to all my friends and family visiting istanbul.

Before I start I just want to say that the staff in this residence is beyond helpful. They are polite, always smiling and they speak good English.
A special shout out to the morning receptionist Mr. Fadi, as he was very helpful and provided transportation tips that saved me some money.

very central location, very friendly and helpful staff (they went out of our way to help us) spacious, clean, and comfortable room, very good service, decent breakfast, central location, excellent as "value for money", everything was above standard. They even arranged to pick us from the airport and transfer us to the hotel for a decent price. We would go there again and strongly recommend the place

My wife and I loved everything about the place. The friendliness, warmth and helpfulness of the staff. - طاقم العمل و موظفين الاستقبال محترمين جدا و متساعدين و في خدمة الزبون في أي لحظة.
2- موظف الاستقبال يتحدث اللغة الانجليزية بطلاقة و يوجد كذلك موظف عربي يتحدث العربية.
3- يبعد خمس دقائق مشيا لأقرب محطة مترو.
4- يبعد من 15 إلى 20 دقيقة دقيقة مشيا و خمس دقائق بالسيارة لمجمع جواهر مول غربا أو ساحة تقسيم شرقا.
5- شكل الفندق الخارجي يبدو قديم لكن أثاث الفندق من الداخل جديد و نظيف و مرتب و أدوات المطبخ و غيرها مجهزة بالكامل.
