Cosy hotel with super friendly personal. Very helpful and really professional. We had a street view 403. Although the streets were very busy and noisy, you could close the windows and it was very quiet. Cenrally located, walking distance from the port and lots of restaurants. I likes the clean bathrooms and toilets, sheets and the friendly staff who went out of their way to make us happy and comfortable. Especially Memet, Nayeeb and all the other reception and even security people who were always smily and friendly.

Konak Hotel is the best - We really enjoyed our 4 nights stay in
Istanbul. Friendly and always helping receptionists. Room was arranged
every day. My 3 year old son was very comfortable. Room is ideal for
couple with one kid. Located very close to Taksim and close to shopping
street. Taxis come next to the door. So overall beautiful experience and

Konak is within a short walk of the Istanbul Congress Centre as well as the subway, tram and Taksim Square. The staff were really helpful and there was usually someone around speaking English. Good breakfast and reasonable restaurant. Very nice bathrooms.

I had a delightful surprise staying at the Taksim Star; very impressed by the room, soft yet crisp sheets; the bathroom was really clean, too!! The entire room was designed remarkably, very stylish and ingenious use of space. Very helpful, friendly and courteous staffs, and the location could not be better, near everything. -

The staff was very kind and extremely helpful. They accepted our requests (we had crazy arrival and departure times) and informed us about the things to see in the city and how the transportation system worked. It's withing walking distance to Taksim square from where you can take taxis, buses, tram, metro and the shuttle to and from the airports. Restaurants, markets and shops nearby. staff was very much cooperative Dorsun and abdulatif and the lady whi
speaks Arabic I forget her name but she helped a lot and advise me

Location - there's probably no better location in the new part of Istanbul. The hotel is literally 3 minutes talk from Taksim square, which is where all transportation go through. Elizabeth was great!!! There is a cage downstairs when she hang out. So you just call them and they will be waiting for u with the keys.
The location is awesome! Literally 1 min from the Main Street and 15 min slow walk from the buses stop.
The apt is really modern and has everything you need.
The only downside is that there's no lift so 5th floor we stayed at is a bit hard to reach after a night out.

Excellent location! Friendly stuff, who also manage the Cookpoint restaurant. We had a breakfast there once, very delicious! It was really being an amazing stay at cookpoint.. You will find pubs, restaurants, bars, barber shops, taxi, metro and above all heart of the city taksim just 200 m away... You will find nice people around who are really friendly... Hotel clean and bathroom was a bit small but it was cleans... Room was awesomely designed... It's a nice kitchen where you can cook or make a coffee... I will give 10/10... Keep it up

Everything worked out as expected. Not a five-star hotel, but nice roomy appartement with 2 balcony and quite a view at Istanbul. Air-conditioning was sufficient. A pefect location close to everything around Taksim but still on a quiet street. The staff was wonderfully helpful and the rooms has recently been updated. The design of the rooms as well is very nice. Finally, if you are staying in the city for an extended period of time, the kitchen and dishware are quite helpful. -
