Apart from navigating through narrow uneven streets of Sultanahmet you can't ask anything more than what this hotel can offer. The reception desk was super helpful and informative. It was our 5th trip to Istanbul and we found Tashkonak Studio Suites to be one of the best hotels in Sultanahmet and one of the highlights of our wonderful 5 days in Istanbul. We had our trip since 17 till 22 of april. The location is so close to
the tram station, amazing view from the terrace, neither noise nor quite
place - perfect place, stuff is polite and helpful, if you travel on
your own they are glad to show you the way and explain everything you
need, there are also Russian-speaking workers, small price costs small

Location is just perfect - 5 min walk to the Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia.
Nice breakfast at the terrace - though the terrace is in another hotel (5 min walk) which was weird.
Rooms are okay - middle level but clean.
Very helpful staff though speaking hardly any language apart from Turkish)) (in our building)

hotel when night temperature dropped close to zero but here the room had

Wonderful staff! Very helpful and friendly. It was like staying withfamily. Bıg breakfast selection and dıfferent home made pastry every day.It is easy to skip lunch. The flat was superb - almost brand new - extremely comfortable,spacious, warm and well equipped. It was cleaned daily - there was nothing for us to do. We even had a patio area complete with the usual furniture, which we used for a relaxing drink at the end of each day.

We could not fault this flat! - The rooms were immaculately clean and were beautifully furnished. The owner of the hotel provided excellent customer service and was extremely helpful (even to the extent of coming out on his motorbike to guide us to the suites when we were "slightly lost") about all aspects of our stay in Istanbul. Children can't wait to go back for a second visit. Would highly recommend it!!!
