Everything. Hotel is amazing and brand new. Definitely it is firm 5 star hotel. I don't know what to name first design, comfort, location or quality of service everything is excellent. Staff is very kind and helpful. It was my first time in Istanbul and they completely helped me to orginize my time there. Highly recommend. -

The hotel located just few steps walking to istiqlal street & taksim square all type of restaurants & shops just steps away. The most wonderful thing we experienced is the hotel manager Mr. Orhan, he speaks a good Arabic, English as well, he helped us with everything we required during our stay. the host was amazingly kind, He was all the time helping us and suggesting us places to go and the best way to go there. Actually when we arrived he even gave us a nice introduction about the city that was very helpful. Its located just next to Taksim Square so you are good located for the tours and for the night life in Istanbul! -

The owner of the hotel drove me to the airport thru police roadblacks so helpful.

First, the location. Excellent, almost at the Taksim Square. If you want to see the city I highly recommend it. The hotel is nice and clean with friendly staff. The rooms are small but comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast is a classic, normal. Cheese, eggs, butter ... And of course, the city is beautiful. -

The room we stayed in is loung and extermely beautiful, view on Bosphurus, all windows.
Also the resto on topfloor perfect and briljant food!

the apartment was beautifully and modernly furnised. the kitchen was equipped and in perfect condition. the front office manager mr.Servet was especially friendly and helpful. i would recommend it to anyone staying in Taksim, Istanbul.

The staff were very friendly. Muhammed and , the manager did everything to make our stay very pleasant. We could not find the hotel and called then to get directions. The manager took it upon himself to ask us to stay where we are and he came by foot to fetch us and take us to the hotel. Muhammed could not speak English well, but he had his pc on

We came from Russia for a short tourist stay in Istanbul.
Staff rate - excellent: friendly, ready to help;
Value for money - excellent: you can easily compare the prices and see the value;
Location - excellent: for our stay in Istanbul we chose Taxim square, and Taxim Elegance Suites is located 5 minutes walk distance from Taxim square.
Comfort - good: the street located nearby is often noisy in the evenings :)
These suites are the good choice for the cost-effective trip and easy access to Is

* I was worried about the staff attitude but i was very pleased from the way they treated us and they even upgraded our room when we asked them too

Clean Hotel and the location to visit Istanbul is perfect. Is hard to find a better location than this one. For a stroll, shopping, dinner is just around there. Places of interests are accsessible by public transports or Taxi in 5 to 10 minutes. I would stay anyway in that area since the good restaurants and other evening activities takes place there. Nice view from our room to Raxim square. Good and clean bed. The staff cooperative and helpful. The breakfast is included in the price, for that
