Location is good - Taksim square, Istiklal street, metro, finicular, ferrys to the asian part - all within an easy reach. The area around the hotel is crammed with other hotels, small shops, restraunts for tourists. It is conveniently located to the shopping places and all means of transportation. The cafe's and restaurants around the hotel are very welcoming and serve good food with fair price. The area is quite peaceful and safe for a single traveler.

The receptionists were exceptionally excellent in providing extra information for a new guest like me who did not have much knowledge about Istanbul -

They gave us very nice and big room with balcon. The staff were very cooperative. Breakfast very nice. I like the hotel too much and would like to stay there again. Also the location is very good. Only the net was slow. -

I spent some days of my honeymoon two years ago in the hotel. I stayed
in both times at a senior suit with a wonderful view facing the east. It
was wonderful to see the sunrise every morning through the window that
