We chose this hotel solely for its proximity to the train station, and
found that it exceeded our expectations. Staff was friendly (even
brought us a free cup of tea as we sat out in the garden one afternoon),
spoke good English, and helped us communicate with our car rental

We stayed here because of its proximity to the Izmir airport -- and it did turn out to be very easy to drive to the airport from here. Close to everything, the bazar,the coast,shops, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.
they didnt send the van to pick us up at the airport ,but the cost of the taxi was reinbersed.Also they gave us a smoking room against our solicitacion.Then we were moved to an upgraded non smoking room . They make mistakes but they have the will to fix them inmediately

Amazing staff, they gave us many nice surprises during our stay, delivered more than was needed or expected. Everything. I upgraded my room with some fair charge and in return had a
sea view room with some additional privileges. (Executive club) In the
11th floor there is a very nice restaurant with magneficient view, plus
some free snacks+drinks for customers who stays in executive room.
Location was perfect, also personnel was quite kind and helpful.

BROWNIE - this is the first thing I remember about KAYA - the best brownie I have had was served in their lavish breakfast spread. I loved it. Staff was friendly - they returned cash back when we cancelled the third day due to change of plans and also packed an awesome breakfast due to our early departure. Overall our best stay in Izmir. -

Localisation was perfect - so close to the waterfront, close to shopping area and not too far from the Agora. Very nice an clean rooms. Absolutely perfect, couldn't think of anythin gbad. A very nice place for a short stay in Izmir, located in the perfect central location, just few steps from ancient Agora. Very easy to get to other places from there. Personnel is friendly and helpful. The rooms are extremely spacious. However, the interior is a bit oldish, but you will get anything you need, even sleepers.

We were immediately charmed by the kind welcome of the host and enjoyed our stay very much. The room was very clean, the shower excellent and plentiful. The breakfast is absolutely fabulous. We will definitely stay at the Konak Saray when we come back to Izmir. -
