The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from before starting the holiday with advice about how to move around the city. Istanbul is a huge city, so understanding the transportation system is very important and they were great at that. The rooms were spotless and in excellent condition. The hotel is at the very end of Istiklal street from Taksim, so it is a bit of a 15 min walk from the big plaza (if it can be called that). -
Good location, between old city and Taksim square...just in the shopping/restaurant/clubs area! I say this is the best!
Room had all I need and it was clean and comfortable!
Also I found the reception personnel very available and very client and service oriented, with advises suggestions and really very welcoming. I felt like at home even when staying far away from home. I'd like to underline the time invested by the reception personnel to help me exploring the city and organizing my trip to

Mr. Ertan gives you an excellent service. Not only our transfer from/to the airport was excellent ( thank you Mr Kahveci), we could also order all items that we wanted to have at our arrival.

Each time we arrived "home" to this hotel we were greeted with exceptional warmth. Arriving back after a very difficult day's travel we were treated to a share of the family's meal.....a delicious share!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chiconomy Suites. Mehmet is extremely professional, accommodating to guests, and very prompt in getting back to emails. The hotel transfer from Sabiha was prompt and reasonably priced for a family of four (50 euro). The location is very convenient (walking distance) to Taksim, Istiqlal St., Galata Tower. Finally, the apartment was clean and the interior furnishings new and attractive. We will be coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay at MySuite. The location of the Mysuite apartments is ideal - Cihangir is a much nicer area than the main tourist strip which is found in SultanAhmet or Taksim. It is in walking distance of very decent food and nice cafes. It is also only a 5/10 minute walk to Taksim, so the best of both worlds.

Lovely Design Traditional Turkish/Modern Concept. We have stayed at Faik Pasha for two nights. This hotel is an excellent option in İstanbul. We chose this hotel due to the Taksim square protests.
