Everything about that hotel is great. If I were to rate it, it must be a 7 stars hotel, one of the best around the world. The staff speak excellent English and are very friendly and proffessional. The room division manager is very helpful if you have a complaint and is excellent in customer service. The rooms are very clean and brand new. Location

Apart from the excellent and friendly service provided by the Hotel staff at every level, we liked the comfort and spaciousness of the rooms and the location of the Hotel, particularly its proximity to Florence Nightingale Hospital, which was the main reason of our travel to Istanbul from Ankara. Walking areas nearby and closeness to newly opened Marmaray Metro station to go to the European side under the Bosporus are additional positive factors about the Hotel.

The staff were friendly and the facilities were fine. Great views of Hagia Sophia from the roof terrace. The breakfasts were excellent but the dinner menu was a bit dull so we only ate there once

I think it is a new hotel designed so modern and chic. My arrive to
hotel was so easy since it is located approximately 5 minutes from
Ataturk airport. The building was so majestically designed. Outside was

The hotel is modern and luxury, the available facilities are suitable for both families and business trips. The staffs are very polite and helpful. Hospitality , since my arrival wellcoming spirit with everyone , every
one wants to help . I also noticed a precsion in everything I asked for.
Before leaving the hotel , I was planned to have a taxi pick up at 4:45
in the morning . at 3:30 am ,safe box in my room failed to open with all
my valuables inside (passport , air ticket , money..) I picked up the
phone and asked for help , a few minutes later a smily guest service
personell came over and open it for me . I expected to have some delay

Very good hotel. Well it's a bit far from Ataturk Airport, however if you have your business around Atasehir or Asian side in general, I believe it's very well located. Hotel staff are amazing unlike other hotels in Istanbul.....very clean, close to city & airport. it took me 10 minutes to kadikoy and 13 minutes to Airport. room, furniture, technology, internet access all are just perfect. if you have family then it's very good and safe but a bit expensive. very nice outdoor pool and Jacuzzi.

We really stayed very short at the hotel (about 10 hrs) and there are no major likes or dislikes. As far as we observe, personnel very kind and helpful and rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is literally "one step away" from shopping outlets. Tea and coffee facilities in the room is nice especially for business travellers. -

The suite that we were given along with the staff were superb. So good infact that I can name each and every member there. They knew who I was from the first day to the last catering to my every need and request.
Guvenc was the front office manager who made special arrangements for me.

Excellent location at walking distance to main attractions, reasonable prices for food and minibar, nice seaview, good breakfast, kids menu option via room service. The hotel is about 15 minutes by taxi. The area has many restaurants and shopping is great. No hassles like at the Grand Bazaar. Just nice shops. Don't miss the Carousel Mall. Food Court, movie theater and for the kids, a Carousel in the middle.
