Was a Decent place to stay with large bedroom . Location is excellent and 10 min walking distance from blue mosque grand bazaar Hague Sophia . Breakfast was same all 5 days but then basics were provided . Don't expect much . . However the owner have us a warm welcome . And the reception staff was courteous. The wonderful hotel in the heart of ancient town. We lived in apartments - it was great. Good heated room, super friendly staff (more friendly than in 5 stars hotels!!!!. 3-4 min to shopping area and 4-5 min to good small buffets and stores. Excellent !!!

I was received and we'll taking care of, the staff and owner were very kind and even carried my luggage to the transportation, the breakfast was fantastic and all included. -

FS Bosphorus is in my top three hotel stays of all time. It is an incredible place to stay, with an extraordinarily good spa. The staff treated me like a VIP and were excellent. We have stayed at Faik Pasha for two nights. This hotel is an excellent option in İstanbul. We chose this hotel due to the Taksim square protests. It is very close to İstiklal Street but it is located in very secure region of Taksim. The room was very well appointed, real boutique hotel style. Great location. Easy to move from there to visit the city and rich of bar pub cafe and nightlife. Nearby Karakoy a dinamic district with many lovely restaurant and the great istanbul modern, a museum you might see.
The hotel is in an historic building but it is fully renovated and the result is a mix of historic perspective and contemporary taste. Everyone is very nice and gentle . Perfect for couple

this hotel. There is a small exhibition area on the fourth floor about

A classic hotel, which I've used twice before, in 1995 & 2005, before its recent refurbishment. It's now three times the price, but the grandeur is no longer faded, it's now a true 5-star place. And I'm delighted to say that the refurb hasn't spoilt its character at all, as this is a hotel with more character and history than most! Staff were great, we got a room upgrade, and an extra hour extended checkout wasn't a problem. If we return to Istanbul, it'll be the Pera Palas for us!
