The staff were wonderful and so friendly and keen to give information about how to find places in Istanbul, couldn't be better. I liked the courtesy of hotel staff esp the hotel manager, ambience of
hotel, breakfast buffet offered by hotel every morning. During our check-
out the reception staff was very helpful and even kept our stuff in the
luggage room as our flight was in the evening. The location of the hotel
was next to a street connecting Aksaray station but in a quiet place
next to a garden with play area for kids. I will definetly recommend
others to stay at this hotel.

They gave us very nice and big room with balcon. The staff were very cooperative. Breakfast very nice. I like the hotel too much and would like to stay there again. Also the location is very good. Only the net was slow. -

Excellent location at walking distance to main attractions, reasonable prices for food and minibar, nice seaview, good breakfast, kids menu option via room service. The staff in this hotel are very professional and supportive.
The hotel is located less then a 5 min walk from istiklal st. and the metro station that will take you to the main attraction of the city.
the breakfast is nice and with a wide variety of choices.
rooms are roomy and clean.
overall do not hesitate in choosing this hotel.
I know it will be my first choice the next time i come to Istanbul

This hotel was amazing!!! We arrived late in the evening, about 11 pm, and they called for the chef and opened the restaurant just for us, and got two waiters to serve us! The Grand Washington hotel was located in an ideal location for exploring the city - walkable to the Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, and other cultural sites.
