The rooms are very small and the staff 's really rude.I have waited nearly 20 minutes for mini bar check.That nearly costed me my flight.

Location, comfort and breakfast - all faultless. Room 227 was indeed a superior room with a stunning sea view, plus tea/coffee facility. Female staff were incredibly helpful. Young male reception staff varied. I hope all staff received some of the large tip we left at the end of our stay as we so seldom had the right money at the right time.

Istanbul is eclectic, lively and definitely worth several days exploration! The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we requested anything. After leaving the hotel, when a problem arose, the reception staff were amazing and could not have done more to assist.
The location was perfect to visit the main attractions in the city, which were within walking distance. It was also situated on the coast overlooking the Sea.

This was the best place I stayed out of 3 hotels in Istanbul! It was super budget friendly but also had really beautiful rooms, really clean and the staff were amazing! it has has a kitchenett so you can make your own meals and the rooms are really spacious. I really liked how the staff would go out of their way to assist us in any way they could!

Very good hotel. Well it's a bit far from Ataturk Airport, however if you have your business around Atasehir or Asian side in general, I believe it's very well located. Hotel staff are amazing unlike other hotels in Istanbul.....very clean, close to city & airport. it took me 10 minutes to kadikoy and 13 minutes to Airport. room, furniture, technology, internet access all are just perfect. if you have family then it's very good and safe but a bit expensive. very nice outdoor pool and Jacuzzi.

People is incredible they make you feel you are part of their own family.You can trust in the place to be a secure place to leave your things at the room or in the mean time you do a tour after the checkout! The dorm rooms and facilities are amazing with private curtains for the beds as well as some of the nicest bathrooms/showers I have ever seen in a hostel. It is centrally located in Sultanahmet or the old town of Istanbul that was formerly Constantinople. It is within walking distance to many of the historical attractions such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, the Basilica Cistern and Topaki Palace. Each time we arrived "home" to this hotel we were greeted with exceptional warmth. Arriving back after a very difficult day's travel we were treated to a share of the family's meal.....a delicious share!

View of the Bosphorus from my room and spectacular view of the Blue Mosque from the roof patio. Staff is really friendly. Turkish breakfast was great. Guests were congenial. Room was on the small side, but fine for price. Clean. Free tea and cookies when I arrived tired from long trip. Convenient location near sights and many restaurants.
