  The room was quite authentic and cozy; not very spacious but enough to accommodate a young couple. It had a big bathroom with a traditional Turkish bath corner. There was a big terrace in which you can enjoy a nice view of the fairy chimneys around. The location of the hotel was the best as it was 3 mins of walk to the town center. The staff were as nice as any hotel staff should be. - The room decor was rustic but clean & comfortable - just the right atmosphere for a stay in Goreme. The complimentary continental breakfast was wonderful and very impressive - traditional, delicious, satisfying and varied.

  the staff were very friendly, they helped you with everything. The staff- Tugay was really really nice. He will help you a lot. The breakfast was okay. so close tothe bus terminal. and you don't need to walk uphill to this hotel. The restaurant next to the hotel, according to my opinion, is the best( price,portion,taste,service,atmosphere) fast ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » internet connection. candies/chocolate for guests in the reception. - The staff at the hotel was absolutely top-notch. Not only were they the helpful about arranging tours, recommending restaurants, even reserving out of town excursions, they were some of the friendliest people we met in Cappadocia. They do everything to help make your stay pleasant, and your visit to the area as effortless as possible. Ask for Ilknur and Kemal, they were terrific.

  The suites were located close to town which made trips to grab a bite to eat easily accessible. Staff spoke english very well and were more than accomodating booking us tours, storing our luggage and offering us coffee or another beverage anytime we were outside. We also were able to check-in to the hotel at around 11am with only a short wait whic... τι λέει ο κόσμος » h was appreciated. The rooms were very cute and spacious and included a safe which was appreciated. The breakfast was also quite expansive and served - Wow!!!! Possibly the coolest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was incredibly helpful. They were instrumental in helping us get some of our lost luggage from Kayseri airport. They booked all the tours for us and made our trip so effortless. The views from the room were spectacular. We are the envy of all our friends when we show them the pictures of our room. Will definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

  The Lalezar hotel offered excellent value for the comfortable room and location!!! In addition, the staff was very helpful and made sure our stay was nothing less than perfect!! We arrived early and they made the exception to take us in before official check out and also let us take advantage of the wonderful breakfast!!! A special recognition to ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » Chetu! He was a marvelous host!! He did us the favor to pick us up from the bus station upon our arrival and also drove us during our departure! Th - As a hospitality industry employee, I would suggest every hotel to have such staff as Lalezar does!! Ramon is the best hotel manager I’ve ever met! Client oriented & helpful staff. Perfect location. Unusual room design. Panoramic view. All sightseeing offered at the hotel were excellent, safety & of high quality (guides, transfers & meals)

  I was in Istambul with destination to Capadoccia, but I tried to find a good hotel and I found in my opinion the best hotel of goreme. Every detail is wonderful, clean, wonderful breakfast and unbelivable !!! the manager Alex is a so nice Brazilian gentleman that really knows everything about kapadoccia.He made indications to shops . discounts on ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » carpets very helpfull person. Apart of it, this 5 stars hotel has a wonderful view from the city and just 2 minutes walk to the center of Goreme city. - Grand Cave Suites was a magnificent place to stay; carved out of part of one of the many Faerie Chimneys there in Goreme, the rooms give you an amazing feeling of wonderment. Ours had two windows that opened to a beautiful view of Goreme and other carved sandstone-like spires. At sunrise, you could see many hot-air balloons ascending in the sky. Fabulous! The owner and manger so thoughtful. They called our room early (at 0700) to say breakfast was ready--in order to avoid the rush of a tour

  Located near the main area meant that I could safely go out at night as a solo traveller. It is the flatter part of town so you don't walk up hills each time you leave your hotel. The spa was great and the room was spacious. - 100metres to town and bus stop. Beautiful big bathroom and spa! They let us use their washing line! Felt like a home st... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ay. They didn't tell us, but the best view from up the stairs of valley and where balloons take off from.
