The hotel had welcoming staff who were very helpful and friendly. The
had upgraded our room after we were unable to make it the previous day.

to visit the city. We will definitely consider this hotel first for -
From the second I walked into the lobby to check-in... I knew I had to
redefine my definition for a 5 star hotel. The staff were so warm-
hearted and friendly. You don't get that much in Istanbul. It is so
new, so clean, so simple. The rooms - wow! I've stayed in many 5
stars but this is exceptional. And the fitness centre. It was like I was
in wonderland. Indoor pool, massage parlours, you name it. I better stop
as there is so much I love about this hotel, so you should check it out
for yourse

We really stayed very short at the hotel (about 10 hrs) and there are no major likes or dislikes. As far as we observe, personnel very kind and helpful and rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is literally "one step away" from shopping outlets. Tea and coffee facilities in the room is nice especially for business travellers. -

Convenient distance from Sabiha Gökçen airport. Great view of the sea and Pendik marina from our spacious room. Welcoming dish of delicious Turkish desserts and bottle of wine in our room on arrival. fantastic the staff are very helpful and accomadating and the food at
the restaurant is very good . I was on business from Australia and was
located in that region, pendik , if you want to be close to main part of

Very friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Very good value of money because rooms are very luxury. Open buffet breakfast with very rich and local food selections. - One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Everything was perfect. A truly five star hotel. Everyhing was bran new. Very friendly people.
