  We really stayed very short at the hotel (about 10 hrs) and there are no major likes or dislikes. As far as we observe, personnel very kind and helpful and rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is literally "one step away" from shopping outlets.   Professionalism of staff at the reception. Kindness,amability. Especialy Mr Serdar and Cemre and another receptionist i unfortunately don't know the name. Special thanks for their help.
