It's was very nice. I've been with my parents. We had nice room, with 2 beds, kitchen and bad room, plus sofa and balcony with the view on street and church. It's was clean, and good. The owner was really good. He provided us with a lot of information and gave us discount at his restaurant, close to the house. He even invite us to took a breakfast at his other hotel for free!
We're so lucky, we didn't expect much when we we're arrived at the hotel that we would got everything for free. One of my friend stayed for another day and we booked the economic single room before, but he asked her just to stay in our room, so she didn't need to move.

I was really ejnoyed that I have stayed in Serdivan hotel. Everything was excellent, especially reception staff. The location of this hotel is really comfy, you can reach Grand Bazar, Aya Sofia, Bazilika Cistern, whatever what is in that direction. The tram station Beayzit is closest station to the hotel. Pers - My family and I were traveling on May 2011 to Turkish/Istanbul and we stayed at Serdivan apart hotel. The hotel was about 10-15 minute walk from Blue Mosque, Tupkapi palace ,hagia sofia, Grand Bazaar& close to all the eateries in the Sultanahmet so it was in a fairly convenient location. The manager of the hotel, Mr.Yusuf&the staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and friendly! The hotel was nice and safe& the rooms were clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. As I wasn't happy with the room in the basement, because it was too dark for me, I could change without any problem to a very nice room upstairs which was sunny with windows all around and sea view. Both rooms were clean with comfortable beds and with everything well functioning.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way help me with a minor medical problem that I had. The location is perfect for seeing the 3 main attractions in Istanbul. Lovely view from the terrace where they serve B'fast. Staff helped us with tour bookings and gave good advise on how to accomplish everything in a short time.

İ Stay with my 4 friends from İndia. We find this cozy place and we stay for almost 3 weeks. İt feels like home and the stuff are extraordinary. Seatanbul is a great place to stay! The rooms are spotlessly clean and cleaned each day with fresh towels. It's safe, in a great quiet location only a 5 minute walk from Aya Sofia. Breakfast is served to the room. The rooms also have great views and balconies to enjoy the Marmara Sea.

Istanbul is an amazing city and staying here is the perfect place to base yourself. -
Great location and excellent staff. We were offered a drink on arrival and sat with the owner one night after dinner and were treated to Turkish coffee and tea which was a nice little touch.
The staff were all very accommodating as you would expect for a small family run hotel/bnb. The breakfast was pleasant and consisted of tea/coffee a few cheeses, cereal and boiled eggs.
We had a lovely time staying at Seatanbul apart and would definitely recommend it to our friends.
