It's was very nice. I've been with my parents. We had nice room, with 2 beds, kitchen and bad room, plus sofa and balcony with the view on street and church. It's was clean, and good. The owner was really good. He provided us with a lot of information and gave us discount at his restaurant, close to the house. He even invite us to took a breakfast at his other hotel for free!
We're so lucky, we didn't expect much when we we're arrived at the hotel that we would got everything for free. One of my friend stayed for another day and we booked the economic single room before, but he asked her just to stay in our room, so she didn't need to move.

I was really ejnoyed that I have stayed in Serdivan hotel. Everything was excellent, especially reception staff. The location of this hotel is really comfy, you can reach Grand Bazar, Aya Sofia, Bazilika Cistern, whatever what is in that direction. The tram station Beayzit is closest station to the hotel. The hotel was about 10-15 minute walk from Blue Mosque, Tupkapi palace ,hagia sofia, Grand Bazaar& close to all the eateries in the Sultanahmet so it was in a fairly convenient location. The manager of the hotel, Mr.Yusuf&the staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and friendly! The hotel was nice and safe& the rooms were clean. Nice and clean room but too small. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent. The neighborhood looked strange at the beginning but afterwards we understood there was nothing to be afraid as it was full of hotels!
It's 10-15 minutes walking time from Aya Sofia and Blue Mosque (sultanahmet tram stop). Do not try the cemberlitas tram stop as it is uphill and tiring.

The staff was very nice and helpful. As I wasn't happy with the room in the basement, because it was too dark for me, I could change without any problem to a very nice room upstairs which was sunny with windows all around and sea view. Both rooms were clean with comfortable beds and with everything well functioning.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way help me with a minor medical problem that I had. The location is perfect for seeing the 3 main attractions in Istanbul. Lovely view from the terrace where they serve B'fast. Staff helped us with tour bookings and gave good advise on how to accomplish everything in a short time.

İ Stay with my 4 friends from İndia. We find this cozy place and we stay for almost 3 weeks. İt feels like home and the stuff are extraordinary.
