Brilliant stay. Hotel & spa is proper 5 star, staff are very
freindly and helpful. Rooms are great wih fantastic views. Breakfast
included up to 10:15 and was really good. The hotel is a 5-10 min walk
to the beach strip, and the hotel came with free membership access to
the 2 best beach clubs on the beach strip (catch beach club and bimi
beach club). Free buggy service from the room to the reception or down
on to the beach and back. Hotel has free wifi as do the 2 beach clubs.

The room was excellent. Very spacious and value for many. We had our own
swimming pool at the room (they call it a jacuzzi on the website,
however it was more of a splash pool type of effect) The swimming pool
was a big bonus as it was very hot in Phuket (we went in April the

The staff were fantastic, so helpful. The room was huge, I had a deluxe room with spa with sea views and the best part was the spa had a small pool attached. Loved it and spent heaps of time in the resort. The breakfast was so fresh and variety was great. Ate at the restaurant several times and the meals were great. Each afternoon you got a plate of fresh fruit delivered. No complaints at all about this resort and highly recommend.

Not the first time we have stayed at BYD Lofts and most definitely will not be the last.
Rooms spacious, modern, clean and airy whilst at the same time, cannot hear a single noise from outside. Great sized balconies and all fixtures/fittings you would expect from a serviced apartment-type hotel experience.

It's located at the central heart of Patong where you can easily go for Patong beach within 5 mins and town within 15 mins walking. I got a surprise upgrade of my room from no window room to a pool viewed balcony -
The beachfront location is what I like most. It was convenient for me to hit the beach.
The beach bags provided by the hotel to its guests was such a help. it was convenient for me to carry my stuffs off to the market of to the beach.
The ambiance inside the hotel was very relaxing. it does not sofocate me like a close building hotels.
It was at the best rate deal for a beach front hotel.
It is close to the bar areas and is accesible to the shopping area.

We stayed in a luxury two level suite with swim access to a main pool reserved only for the suite rooms. This exclusive pool had its own pool bar. The suite was amazing with all you could want spread across two sumptuous levels with a connecting double height window area. Shame we did not stay longer in this private oasis. We stayed in a twin-bed at the main wing. Each of the beds was big

This is a lovely setting along the side of a quiet golf course and the
laguna, and forms one of the many luxury hotels in the Laguna Phuket

We have just returned from a 2 week family holiday at the LHCR. The whole Laguna resort area is great with easy access on the free shuttle buses and ferries. There is plenty to do around the resort and lots of day trips if you're inclined. The hotel itself is good, not quite as plush as the other hotels in the resort but very good value for money. Amazing design. The hotel has really a lot of little personal touches
that shows you that they really put a lot of thought into everything.
There is for example a little Mosquito Repellant in the room for use.
