I love the nature and how they use the nature on villas, you dont need your shoes in there. wonderful place. Beach is very nice. Foods are delicious on the restaurant but little bit expensive but worth it. staffs and manager are great they are always helpful to you so lovely place highly recommended. Their spa and massage please give it try

Amazing beach, food, friendly staff, close to everything you need, long boats to rest of island -
the staff was very lovely, very friendly with my son and would give him treats and play with him. the breakfast area is right on the beach and a pleasure to eat with the sounds of the water.

Outrigger was definitely the best hotel we've stayed at in Thailand.
Since the moment the hotel was revealed to my eyes from far away by long
tail boat, my breathe was taken and it was hard to readjust.
Approximately 1km spread with coconut trees white sand crystal water

most suitable hotel for that purpose, surrounded by peaceful couples.

My husband has food allergies and I emailed the staff ahead of time to inform them. The food & beverage manager met with us and assured us that her staff had the list. Indeed they did - it was nice not to have to repeat all the allergies and they were all very thorough. The property, bungalow, pool and restaurants were all great. We were really impressed and thankful for the 3 nights we had here. We were finally able to get some sleep.

First of all the view is so amazing that you can open your bangol's door and look to sky and the blue clear water. I recommended to book a beach front bangol that will help you to stay near the sea and enjoy the time. Second is the breakfast buffeh was excellant and it was the best for me in all holiday inn hotels that i went to and the breakfast

Great location. It is secluded and a little quiet but it fit our needs perfectly. Great rooms, we had a standard bungalow, breakfast was good as well, and the pool/beach were great. Service from the staff was great as well. Reading the reviews before we went had us worried, but personally, I found everything great. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend on the basis for a quiet, relaxing holiday.

Firstly the staff were amazing. Tom and Ning couldn't have been more friendlier and helpful. They made everything easy for you. We thought the location was perfect. Excellent views, close to pier. Yes it was a little walk from town but we quite enjoyed the walk home. Is an easy walk home along beach in the serenity. Nice to be close to action but far enough away it doesn't disturb you. Great little local bar close it it to that was fantastic. People complained about the flies at breakfast. Yes

We had heard a lot of negative comments about the staff being rude and barking orders about fines for towels and room key, they are just doing their job people. They collected us from the pier as it is a walk (5 minutes) to the hotel a staff member extremely friendly insisted on taking our luggage ( 2 suticases weighing more than 50kg in 36degrees

Ok this is a really clean and neat hotel in phi phi. Its hard to find a
decent mid priced hotel as most of the reviews for other hotels are
shocking but this is perfect. Its location is perfect for everything,
its 5 mins stroll to the pier, in the centre of town but facing into a
courtyard pool so no noise from outside. A few minutes to the beaches.
Definitely pleased with this hotel. Its a little more exspensive than a
similar hotel in Phuket, but everything on Phi Phi is due to transport
cost

I have marked everything as excellent here except value which I've said is average. I'll explain this first. This is one of 7 hotels we will have stayed in by the end of our trip and the most expensive of the lot. In saying that it is still reasonable in terms of what we would pay at home for hotels. This is paradise! We were looking for a great place to stay with our 10
month old baby. Before going we checked the reviews and started to
doubt. It turned out that all he bad things in the reviews were over
exaggerated. The bungalows are on a hill but you can ask for a free
pickup service to and from your bungalow at the reception and by phone
(even though it is just a 5 minute walk. You do need to move if you want
a fantastic scenery view from your balcony :) Snorkeling is great. The

Loved the relaxed lay back atmosphere. The beach was beautiful for swimming. Beautiful outdoor dinning on beach evenings, amazing.
Staff were exceptionally friendly.
The resort arranged a long tail boat trip around islands,.snorkaling.etc
Would rate as one of the best all around holiday destinations as this resort is more secluded than others. -

One word - location. On the northern part of Phi Phi gave a sense of privacy and isolation. Perfect for relaxation and escaping the crowds. Staff were very helpful with all our requests, helped with boat trips and dining options. Enough restaurants along the stretch to keep you busy for a few nights.

Everything! This resort is amazing! I was there with a friend and we had
the bungalow just in front of the sea. The staff is helpful and really
really nice! During my stay I get sick and they took care of me like a
family. The restaurant is good. Bungalows are clean and comfortable.

Very nice and quiet, beautiful snorkeling close to the bungalows on the
beach. Option to sleep a bit luxurious in the villa's a bit further
from the beach. Staff is very friendly, food is simple but taste very

who wants to chill a bit after seeing more of Asia on a beautiful Island

We found previous reviews hilarious when we got here:
*People complaining you had to go uphill to the bungalow-guess what, if everyone wants a sea view, some have to go uphill!
*Complaining the pool was dirty-it's surrounded by trees, buds and leaves fall from trees. Perhaps an indoor pool would've been preferred?!!
*Complaining that the 'deluxe'

Free WiFi (room 205 could still connect from free WiFi in reception!), free breakfast and location. Staff were excellent as our luggage was left on the ferry (not the hotel's fault) and they called the ferry company on our behalf and sorted everything. We liked the location as it was close to the action but far enough away for a bit of peace and quiet if you wish - perfect! Especially loved the generous balcony with loungers, table and chairs.
