You get the best location for this price. Langsuan is safe and nice to
walk even late at night, with everything you'll ever want within
reach (including a great massage place next door - call Langsuan Spa and
Nail Care - that opens till midnight for those who have business during

The greatest forte of this hotel is its location. The hotel is situated in a chic area with numerous fine restaurants and it is just 5-7 min walk from/to Chi Lom BTS as well as the Skywalk (overground passageway) connecting all the major shopping malls in the area.
Our studio (rather than a room) was cozy and clean with a well-equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The staff was friendly but nothing special.
We enjoyed our stay at Centre Point Chid

The location of the hotel is excellent. Very central to all restaurants, shopping malls i.e. Platinum Mall, Pratunam Market, Siam Discovery, etc is within walking distance.
The rooms are comfortable and clean. Great amenities. Breakfast was fabulous, a good spread.
The hotel's staff were very helpful and friendly. -

Everything, especially the selection of the buffet breakfast which catered for all tastes and secondly, the closeness of the hotel to main shopping area. You could either use the rail service from Victory Monument, which was only a short walk or you could walk into and back from the main shopping area. -

The Breakfast was very good and we had lots of choices about what we wanted to eat. The swimming pool was lovely and you forgot that you were in the middle of Bangkok

Good location, 5 minute walk to Central chidlom and BTS skytrain, restaurants, massage and starbucks around the hotel, Villa Market just across / its a nice studio with kitchenette and dvd player, excellent value!! Helpful staff. - we like the location and the price is good

Polite, helpful & prompt service frm front office staff, hse keeping staff, rstnt staff & concierge staff.
Clean, spacious, well maintained, value for money service apt style hotel room with full kitchenette facilities.

The Service was Impeccable, i couldn't fault any of the staff in their manner and customer service. Especially the concierge, she went to amazing lengths to make sure that i could travel to and from the hotel safely and economically. The breakfast was brilliant and the facilities live up to their description if not better. The hotel location is very near to mbk, siam and grand central shoppingmalls.Morover siam bts is just a minute away. I feel Novotel is ideallylocated and suitable for families with kids and elderly people. - Close to everything was fantastic

The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff also very friendly and most of them understand English so communications is not a problem. The only losing factor they have is the distance to the shopping area. Have to walk quite a long way out in order to get there, so more frequent shuttle trips will be great. -

I like this hotel. It is very exciting to sleep in a room on the 71floor. Staff very friendly. The buffet on the 83 floor, the best inbangkok!! I will return on my next time in Bangkok. - Everything. Very friendly staff and very clean hotel.

Loved everthing about Grand diamond. From the time we arriived at
reception and the door boy. Breakfast was good, so much food. Service

I like the location of this hotel, just 0.2KM away from the Platinum Mall, where my friends and I did all our shoppings. Wifi is also quite fast but it's just limited only for 2 persons per room, we are 3. So 1 of us sacrificed not to use wifi, as we need to pay extra for another wifi passcode. We also tried the thai oil massage and it's awesome, a must-try after shopping, the cost is 740baht per person. I will definitely go back on my next Bangkok visit.
